Very helpful and nice.

The inside pane of our bedroom window had cracked. Initially I thought we had to replace the window but a window company suggested just replacing the pane and recommended City Glass. The estimator came out and quickly measured window and called back same day with cost. He also explained the reason for the crack. We had put pillows in the window sill which caused the glass to crack due to heat. They ordered the glass and installed it about 10 days later. The installer removed the window and replaced the broken pane with a and quot;low-Eand quot; glass which is more energy efficient. The installer was very professional and finished the job quicker than I expected. He did a good job but did forget to clean up the small amount of debris on the inside of the house to include a few small glass slivers. Except for that I would have given them an A for quality.

The job got done at I believe a reasonable cost. The estimate and installing personel were professional and efficient. The process to set up and get the work done was pretty clunky and time consuming. It seemed like it was too small a job for them. I was initially referred to another company who referred me back to this City Glass-love it when that happens!

They are very good. They were excellent. I just took the glass out from the windows. I took it down and they even carried it out to the car for me. They are very good with their customers.

It went great! The guy came out to give me an estimate and I told him not to leave me hanging like Ken Caryle Glass Co. He laughed and said he would have some numbers by the end of that day and he did! I excepted the estimate and they said it would take 5-7 days to order the glass. I got a call on the fifth day wanting to schedule the install. They showed up on time and did the work in about an hour. Very impressed!!!

My experience with them was just overall good. I did not have any dislikes with them, everything went well, and there wasn't any mess. I would tell others that the quality of their service was great.

Overall, this was a great team. I recently bought a home and was given credit to replace some windows w/ broken seals. I dealt with City Glass while overseas to schedule the replacement when I came back in town. They met with my Realtor to measure and given an estimate. Everything was spot on . The crew came out on the 11th and very quickly and efficiently changed the windows. They were courteous and clean. They left no mess and did the job quietly and confidently. They did not take excessive breaks. I was very happy with the new windows. You could never tell that anyone ever touched the frames and seals. they looked brand new. Most importantly, they no longer leaked and were left in place spotless.
