Shane arrived on time, was very professional and thorough in the installation of the water treatment system. We really appreciate him cleaning up the area after he finished, leaving no mess behind. Since his partner was out, he ended up doing the job himself and what was supposed to be a 4 hour job for two ended up close to 7 hours. He was patient with our questions and explained what he intended to do. He was also willing to perform an unscheduled project since he was already here. Would not hesitate to use Superior again for any plumbing jobs.

Great! Everything was good and all my questions were answered

I called on a Monday, scheduled an appointment for that following Wednesday between 9 and 11. The tech showed up at 9:15 and immediately got to work. Aside from a minor reassembly issue, he was able to diagnose and repair (with parts on his truck) the problem during the visit. Total repair time was about 1.5 hours. After the repair (which included installing a 'disk and seal kit'), the unit now appears to be working exactly as designed. Without any comparatives, the part kit itself did seem a bit pricey (at $175 along with a $125 service call fee), but as I say, I have nothing to compare the parts price to.

It has only been a few days but it seems to have gone very well. We had an EcoWater ESD2700 Water Softener installed. Water consultant, Seth, and master plumber, Shane, agreed to do the extra bit of plumbing work to allow un-softened cold water to go the the kitchen. The hot water and most of the rest of the house's cold water are softened now. The installation looks good (of course I'm no expert, but there were no obvious problems); Shane was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain some basics about the water softener and also, since I asked, why some of the plumbing was done in copper and some in PEX . Soon our water heater should have completely refilled with only softened water and we will begin to get the full benefits. Now we have only to wait for the county permit inspection; (it has only been a few days since the installation.)

Matt (field tech) was prompt, courteous and walked my through everything. He's the one who recommended the sediment filter after he saw my old softener was filled with muck. (And he was GREAT with my dog who was constantly investigating his work....lol) The system works fantastic and the difference in my water was immediate! Would recommend this company and the products they carry for anyone with very hard water.

We booked the appointment through Costco. Superior Water and Air installs the Ecowater systems for Costco in our area. Caleb, the salesperson, showed up on time, did a free water test, and explained the systems they had to offer. He was polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy. We had gotten quotes from 3 companies, and this system was about in the middle with the low being $4000 and the high being $7000. The fact that we got a Costco gift card for about 10% of the price helped. We made the purchase on a Wednesday and they installed the system that Friday. Shawn, the installer, showed up on time and was very nice and professional. He installed the equipment in the locations we requested, and was knowledgeable about his work. The only issue we ran into was that the line to the refrigerator from the reverse osmosis unit got a small hole in it during the install. We did not catch the leak until after Shawn had left. Fortunately, he had shown me the shutoff valve for that line, and we were able to stop the leak quickly. I called Shawn that evening, and he came out the following day (Saturday when he doesn't normally work), to fix the issue.

The technician (Matt) very efficiently performed all the above noted services, and explained his actions as he performed his services. He explained the importance of each function the water softener performs and the importance of performing a periodic manual recharging to supplement the automatic recharges, and how the system removes chemicals with positive ions. We also discussed the function of the salt additive to the water softener, and the appropriate method to loosen adherent salt pellets, and when to add salt pellets to the softener. The service was professionally performed and very educational. We will continue to use Superior Water and Air.

Water softener system was inspected, salt was added, and water tested to make sure it was soft. Reverse osmosis filters were changed out. Eli found a crack in a component and changed it out. Eli was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We can no longer get on the floor to change filters so we need to hire it done. Eli carried the 8 bags of salt we ordered down to the basement for us - another plus for paying for a service call.
