Joe with Superior Water and Air was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and courteous. He called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He explained thoroughly what he was doing and he also found other issues that needed to be addressed to keep my water system in top operating condition. There was no extra charge for the additional work performed. I highly recommend Superior Water and if Shawn is your plumber you will very pleased. A great experience for me!!

Ray took very good care of us. We sent him to the wrong address, but he accommodated us. He did not make us reschedule. He was very professional and provided us with good information about our system.

Joe was very professional, pleasant and efficient. He took care of the loose faucet, including providing a better brace. Then he replaced the RO filters. He even identified the leaking connection to the ice maker and replaced the failing connection. Everything is working 100% again and he accomplished all this quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend.

Drew did an excellent job of analyzing the water in our home. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the results. The plumbers worked cooperatively with us in making installation decisions and did excellent work. Ray alerted us as to the need for a pressure regulation valve and installed it, making an improvement in the functioning of the overall water system .

Great experience. Joe, the service technician, was timely, quick and efficient doing the system maintenance. He was professional, knowledgeable and skilled in performing the work on our system. The office staff was courteous and professional coordinating and scheduling our annual maintenance appointment each year. They also help work out any schedule adjustments that may be needed. Great experience dealing with Superior Water and Air and very happy with out system.

Once again, Superior came out and checked our system at no charge after we got some feedback about the hardness of the water from Parker Water and Sanitation. Brian was very professional and did a great job adjusting the filter…we continue to highly recommend Superior Water and Air.

Shane, the GM in Parker, as well as Julie, Melissa, Dennis, Joe, and everyone else I have worked with there have been super nice, and have always made any issues right immediately; in fact, they usually find a way to come out same-day.
