Superior Water & Air - Centennial

We had an excellent experience with Superior Water and Air and Brian Rariden. Brian was on time, organized, and professional. The installation he performed was done in a timely manner and looked very good. He was careful to cleanup after the job was done. He took the time to explain the system, the maintenance requirements and frequency.

Justin was very professional and polite. He sanitized, checked the water tank and replaced filters very quickly. Did a system check on the water softener as well. He was in and out complete service I less than an hour. Great person and excellent service. Highly reccomend himand Superior Water and AC to anyone needing service. I have used this company's service for 4yrs and the quality and professionalism has always been exceptional.

Before installation was begun, Brian discussed the level of professionalism and quality of work to be expect from him. I was updated throughout the installation process and consulted when a decision needed to be made ie. where best to place the the unit drain pipe. Upon job completion the site was cleaned and unit operation was reviewed with opportunity to ask questions. I am very pleased. Thank you Brian.

Technician could not provide definition of range of water testing readings. Otherwise it was fine.

Justin an Ray were timely and introduced themselves when they arrived. They were professional and efficient. In addition to them clearing the error code they inquired about my water filters for the zero-rez and checked the hardness of the water with my water softener since I am on a well. Superior Water and Air installed the tankless and water softener systems about 4 year ago and I haven't had a problem. I trust them and appreciate their opinion and expertise.

Love this system. Brian has been here a couple of times - initially to install and a second time to fix because I had a kitchen “flood”. He’s a great guy who shows concern for my home and he really knows his business. I’m so glad I had this system installed!

Fantastic. To accommodate my schedule, Brian had to come later on a Friday, hehad to return after the initial install to configure the system (no fault of his). He had to come late, again, due to my schedule with no complaint. A big thanks there. When he returned to configure the system, he reminded me of something I had requested help with on the initial visitI that I had forgotten about and assisted me with both advice and help. He was very professional and personable. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with everything before the install was complete. Fantastic job and a big thank you!

Received call technician was 10” away. On time. Worked efficiently. Was organized. Did a mental self check to make sure all items were addressed. Answered all my questions. Explained what he was doing, checking for.
