As of now no gophers. Time will tell. Preventative maintenance now. Three quarters ago had a severe vole issue. No immediate evidence now.

Very well, the tech Allan was very professional and explained some details about the mouse traps. This was a service I had been waiting and asked for a couple of months ago, because of new mouse droppings I wanted the trap in the garage checked and last time the tech did not tell me he was coming so I asked for this service and this week and was very satisfied. Thank you well this may not get submitted because of the annoyance of needing a password ??? What is up with that?

Product seems to work well. They call and leave a message a couple days before service, but they don't give a time, or even a window, of when they will show up. I have to call and set up a window every time, even though I have requested a specific window be added to my file. They still service your yard if your not there, but if you want them to come in or fill bait stations in the garage, it's kind of a pain not knowing when they'll show up. This is the only downside and is definitely easily overlooked due to the efficacy of the products and the pleasantness of the customer service.

The service went fine. I gave the technician a check before he left. Within 4 days I received a letter from the company telling me that my payment was past due and if I did not pay up they would send me to collections. I called and told them I had paid at time of service. They said to ignore the letter. A week later I received another letter threatening me with collections. I checked with my bank after the second letter and they had already cashed my check. I won't do business with a company that operates using fear.

They described the initial appointment with following service calls at three month intervals. The words "service agreement" or "contract" were not mentioned. I scheduled the initial appointment without reservation. I had secondary thoughts a few hours later that the service and appointment sequence was actually a verbal binding contract. Positive reviews reflected prompt and professional service. I called back to verify the implied contract and they confirmed it was. I cancelled the service appointment and suggested that they informed prospects that their offer was a binding contract for service with mandatory payments. I will not contact them again.

I started using them this summer. My daughter came home from college and there were a few spiders and other miscellaneous things that she didn’t like. I am not going to use them anymore, they’ve been out three times and I am still seeing spiders. I had an appointment with them like at noon the first time they came and I was out shopping and at a nursery and it was like 9 o’clock and the guy calls and said he is at my house. He said he was in the neighborhood and he stopped by. So I rushed home and let him in my daughter was sleeping so he couldn’t even spray her room down there so he was overly responsive because he showed up three hours early. They haven't solved the problem. I am still seeing spider webs in the garage and I’ve seen spiders in the basement and upstairs, it’s just a couple but if I am paying that much I don't want to see any spiders.

It went very well. The tech came into the home, I told him what was going on and he treated the whole upstairs agin with no agitation or hesitation at all, very proffesional and took good care of us.
Description of Work: They had to come back in and treat the inside of our home due to a child bringing bed bugs back into our home. We have used Edge pest control for almost a year now and we are very satisfied.

I would leave zero, negative stars if I could. Because of Edge's neglect, both of our retired racing greyhounds escaped through a gate left open by their employee - a locked, closed gate. We managed to recover one, with severe injuries to his paws that required medical attention. The other, however, was found the next day, less than a mile away, dead. My husband had to retrieve her body himself. Our beautiful, friendly, 4-year-old greyhound. Dead because an employee couldn't be bothered to simply close a gate that he had needed to ask for the lock password for, one that was already in the account information. Information that he obviously didn't read. One of our beloved pets is dead because of this neglect, and in 48 hours, I have not received a phone call from a manager as requested twice. I have had posts deleted and been blocked on social media, without any contact or messages. Shame on you. Do not contract with this company. It could end in tragedy.

Outstanding service, very professional. The only concern is that they are based in Lakewood area of Denver and have been aggressively marketing in Monument and north Colorado Springs with good success. This potentially limits their ability to service effectively because of the need to have trucks on the road constantly and run the risk of not eing able to serve our area. They should consider opening a dispatch capability in the Colorado Springs area.

The only thing i had with them they came as door to door salesmen. I researched from my near friends, the salesman came and was trying to get me to sign up and we were interested in getting done. It wasn't a great sales experience because he was a young man trying to do it so i got a quote but then i said i don't do contracts for that. So i said a salesman won't give me a quote for a one time visit. They came back and gave me a quote for only one time but it wasnt. It ended up not going with them. He got back to me that day.

RUTHLESS!!!! Do not use them for any reason!!! We are moving out of the country and have 2 months left on our contract - and they won't let us out of the last two months! I've used them for two years!!! And this is my second "contract year". In addition, my next door neighbor lost her job and they wouldn't let her cancel (about 7 months ago). They We spoke to Karen Trujillo, a manager with Edge Pest Control. We have service in a very nice, upscale, master planned community - Thompson River Ranch. (Loveland, Johnstown, Fort Collins, Greeley). Use a competitor, but do not use Edge for any reason - be forwarned!

The individual service calls are not a problem. The problem occurred when, because of the sale of my house and a move away from the area, I call to cancelled the service. I was told I have a longterm contract and received a reduced application fee for my service and, therefore, must pay a penalty to cancel the contract. This is the only time I can remember that I have ever had to pay a penalty for moving away from the area. When the contract was signed I believe I would be in this home for several more years. As is common in life, that is not the case and found it necessary to move. I think anyone considering this company should be very wary of contracting with them. I now understand why the Denver BBB has revoked their membership.

Every fall we spray for spiders and our previous company was great. These guys stopped by our house ( in a gated community where it is clearly posted that it is illegal to solicit by the way) and did the high pressure one year contract sale. We gave them a shot. They sprayed for spiders and they just got worse. We had them come back and respray 2 or 3 times and spiders were horrible. I told them their service did not work and I was nice enough to not ask for my money back - just told them the contract had to be negated and we wouldn pay them any more because they failed to achieve their promised result. They told me they were holding me to the contract. I explained to them many times over that they had no legal right because they had breached their duty under the contract so I was no longer obligated to continue with the contract or pay. Finally they reluctantly agreed but acted they were doing ME a favor. I'm sure they probably strong arm consumers in similar situations that are not well versed with contract law. Horrible experience overall. Had to pay movers to move my daughter's room out of our basement because the spider situation freaked her out so bad. So I was out the mover cost and the $150 I paid Edge AND I had the hassle of dealing with them and the horrible spiders! This company's service did not work and I felt they were unprofessional and unethical in trying to strong arm me into continuing to pay them despite that fact!

They come out quarterly, and because of the stuff that they use they don’t have to come out every month, and it’s great that it stays on even with water and rain and everything, and it’s extremely effective. I just love them, and I think they are great. They call ahead to let me know it’s time for them to come out, and double check if it’s okay for them to come out and ask me if I am having trouble with anything. They are just very polite and very on top of things. If I do have a problem with something they handle it right away, and if I have problem in between service they come out and don’t charge to take care of that. I really don’t have any problem.

They are relatively inexpensive. If you use them four times a year then they charges $99 for application. If you have two properties then they will spilt those in the properties. So I have used them for two years now and both of our properties are pest free. They spray the insecticides down around the house on the eves of the house. They do whatever you request. They are less expensive but as effective as some other popular companies like Terminix.
