Please do not use them. They lock you in a contract and make it impossible to cancel. Once you've fulfilled your services they still send people to your house and charge you for services you didn't ask for. Better Business Bureau has given them a 1-star rating and there is nothing positive about them or their business practices. BE AWARE -- not an honest company at all.

Service that was performed was fine and did seem to help the pests (in particular spiders) that were present in our basement. Everyone we spoke with was professional. My particular issue resulting in a lower rating is we moved and needed to cancel the service. The cost to cancel is very high- 50% of the cost. We had two services left and they would not decrease the charge at all despite cancelling meaning they are not coming back to perform anymore spraying. I would not recommend signing up for this if there is any chance you would need to cancel.

It is an on going issue but Edge is handling it very professionally and I am very happy with their service.

Showed up the same day, the two people were pleasant and professional. Service contract of 2 years and included many extra pest control/prevention that I appreciated (dewebbing, bee/wasp nest removal and prevention, ant and spider prevention, etc.). Follow-up on service was a nice touch. I would highly recommend to others.

The tech arrived on time, was very professional and friendly. When I scheduled the service I was told it could take 2 hrs. The tech was finished in about 30 mins. I was skeptical if the spraying was going to be effective given he was done so quickly. I am pleased to say I haven't seen spiders around the doors or on the brick since. Very pleased with the company and results.

this company is great have used them many years. prior to obtaining their services was washing outside of my house several times during the summer. haven't needed to do that since. have raised rates only once in probably 10 years

Very well, technician called 30 min prior to coming to my home, he was pleasant, he explained what he could do after him over seeing where the problem is and then he did his work efficiently, he was pleasant, professional, done in a timely fashion, informed me of what to do in the near future as far as contacts to the company, he explained the process of future visits to continue to complete the work until I am satisfied.

The administrative side of the business is very efficient and organized. Phone calls are handled very effectively and always very friendly. I like the system of communication so I know when tech is arriving. Tech also calls when they will be arriving within an hour. Spray inside does not smell and is effective. Techs always put on booties and are respectful of my home and they are also nice to talk to. I am on contract and Edge holds up their end very well.

They are easy to work with, come back if necessary to re-spray, FREE, punctual, pleasant, asks questions about what kind of bugs, where to spray, etc.

Edge was very professional called on a Saturday got a return call within 20 minutes and an appointment set up right away. Very informative I had some fairly abnoxius questions and everything was explained throughly. Service was spot on. Promt and very friendly representative was sent and gave my parents peice of mind.

Our neighbors referred us to Edge. My initial phone contact with Ross was wonderful...he spent 45 minutes on phone with me and thoroughly explained the process. We needed time to respond (to review the contract) and Ross did not push us to sign on the dotted line. Cory arrived for our initial treatment and I could not have asked for a more polite, calm, patient, delightful and thoughtful person. He is a terrific representative for Edge. Cory explained the two treatments as well as exterior/interior, answered our questions and concerns and explained all he was doing throughout the process. Cory made helpful recommendations and it is my hope he will be assigned to our account for future treatments. I can't say enough positive things about Cory.
