I have been using them for years. They are flexible with my schedule. They use chemicals that are not toxic to my dogs.

I love their service. They work on the outside and inside of our home. They always wear booties over their shoes so when they come into the house. They are very quick and I haven't seen a problem with ants, spiders or mice since they started.

I was satisfied overall with all aspects of the service.

Their slogan is what's bugging you. I've been using them for almost 2 years. They cut down on the amount of bugs that get in the house.

Envirotech was extremely professional all the way through. When I scheduled the appointment, the person on the phone thoroughly explained the costs and what would happen. And when the guy came out, he couldn't have been nicer. Really took the time to check out everything, explain what he was doing and answer any questions. I have always seen things on TV where they talk about people wearing shoe-coverings so they wouldn't track mud into your house. But we had never actually experienced that before. We eventual told our tech Mike that he didn't need to keep putting those on and taking them off as he went in and out of the house, but we did appreciate the respect he showed for us and our property. Not only did he put out traps for the mice, he thoroughly went through the house and identified the spots he thought the mice might be coming in so that we could plug up the holes with steel wool and keep the problem from happening again. Envirotech even called us the day before our followup visit to remind us that they were going to be coming out.I would not hesitate to recommend Envirotech to anyone. They were professional, courteous, respectful, you name it.

Called on a Monday and was able to schedule an appointment for just two days later. Was asked if location was higher than 20 ft and we discussed it was in that neighborhood (2nd story), but no higher. Felt proposed price was reasonable. Worker arrived precisely on time, but indicated company policy only allowed him a 17 ft ladder. With that restriction, my estimate is 15 ft would have been the highest possible working height (taking into account ladder slope, etc). They did not charge for the trip, but ended up waisting time (mine and theirs) and delaying the solution to my problem. They need to improve their clarity about this restriction. I would probably not use them in the future, as I would prefer using a single service provider that doesn't have specific limitations to their service.

They took the time to really explain things, and we haven't seen a bug since! They also have a 90 day guarantee, which really impressed me. There was no pressure for an annual contract, which also pleased me.

They explained their service on the phone to me and I made the decision to use them based on their quick response, reasonable price and most important their score here. They came and serviced our house when they said they would. I have no complaints at all.

Overall professional and speedy service. The tech (Kelley) that came over was very knowledgeable about our problem. We thought we had Carpenter ants but he immediatly told us there Argentine ants.There was no pressure to sign up for an annual contract. He also told us about the 90 day warranty with our purchase in case our problem was not solved. He also wore boot covers to make sure he didnt track any dirt into our house.

Although we were unable to have the actual service performed because of financial constraints, the staff at Environtech were simply terrific. They were sympathetic to our money delimma and like a good friend, they gave us some really great advice on how we could manage the problem ourselves and save the cost for a time when we could better afford their professional help. I have no doubt that they are the best at what they do and are undoubtedly the company I would call when we are ready to use their services. They are in business to make money and wouldn't last long if everyone relied on them to provide free advice, so please respect their need to command a fair price for their work. I just wanted the public to know that there are good people out there who will go that extra mile to help someone in a tight spot. They understand that what goes around, comes around, and eventually that kindness will be repaid in spades.

They did a pretty good job. They could have been little thorough. The guy was nice and professional. I would use them in the future.

The bees first moved in during the spring of 2010. About a month later, hundreds of them were orbiting around the end of our deck, making it useless. I tried using an aerosol pesticide, but the hive was inaccessible inside the column. Then I tried sealing the entrances with polyurethane foam, which worked for about two days until the bees ate through it. They came back even stronger this spring, and appeared to be starting another hive in an adjacent column. At that point we decided we needed professional help. Envirotech got excellent ratings on Angie's list and offered a 5% discount for members. We called, and Kelly came by a few days later. His pesticide worked, and he sealed the entrances with a combintion of steel wool and silicone caulk.

The service was great, and they didn't force us into an annual contract just to address this one issue, which was a problem we ran into when we tried to get bids from some of the national pest control companies. He was incredibly prompt, and called when they were a few miles away so we knew exactly when he would be here. The information that he gave was great, and he worked with us to determine the best course of action to treat a very difficult type of pest. He gave us additional steps to take outside of the service to fully eradicate the problem within the number of estimated of visits, and with the lowest amount of chemicals. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them.

They did a good. We had mice. They solved our mice problem so far.

I called about a carpet beetle problem. The man I talked to asked lots of questions and explained how I could take care of the issue myself without chemicals. If that didn't work, I could call and they would come out. This saved me a lot of money! I plan to listen to his advice on how to get rid of them. If it doesn't work, I will have them come out. I feel a lot better, because they could have come out, charged me, and gotten rid of them, but he was honest enough to admit my issue was small enough I could take care of it myself.

Very well. I left a message on a Sunday, call was returned on Monday morning and appt was scheduled for that Thur. When they had an opening come up, I was called back and they were able to come to my house on Tues am. Technician was prompt, friendly and professional. She was quick with her work but thorough. Follow up appt was similar and we have a 30 day warranty on their work. Great service and great price. Kim is an excellent technician.

We were lucky - we were able to get somebody out the same morning that we called due to somebody else canceling their appt. Really lucky for us since window installers were on-site at the time and found the wasp nests. Envirotech is environmentally-friendly which is important to us and they got the job done quickly. Wasps are tricky to exterminate but if we needed a second treatment that would have been done at no charge. We didn't need a second treatment and we would definitely use them again if needed.

Seemed to really understand the insects and provided me a solution that wouldn't harm the birds or my dogs. Included a guarantee so if wasps came back they would re-treat. So far so good, no more wasps getting into the house when the back door is open.

They were good. They came and did the job that we asked them to. We spent about $300 on that work. The mouse work was unnecessary and would need it in the winter when they come inside, but it would have been nice if they said that we did not really need it, but we asked for it so they did it. They warned us that the wasp treatment might or might not work, but so far so good. I am going to have them come out and do the next quarterly treatment for wasps early. They were on time.
