Identified the problem as mice in the wall. Set traps. We also hired to spray for spiders around the perimeter of the building. Have had 2 treatments and will do another before a patio party this month.

They came the same day I called for an estimate. The gentleman was very friendly and professional. I am a very satisfied customer! They also sprayed around the house for prevention and have a 30 day warranty.

Overall fine. Staff is great to work with and seems quite knowledgeable. Still having some issues that just may take some time to resolve.

They did a comprehensive inspection and found no evidence of rodents. The inspector though the turds I saw were possibly from a bat and referred me to a bat specialist. Great job and no charges at all.

We have used Envirotech Pest Solutions since we bought our house here in Denver. They have always been prompt, neat while here, pleasant to talk with and seemingly knowledgeable about all creepy crawlies! It turned out there were quite a few spiders in the crawl space that Envirotech promptly evicted making them one of my favorite service companies! They have been setting out "mouse houses" for a mouse problem that we had for the first time this year. They started servicing our house 5 1/2 years ago and we are still happily seeing them on a regular schedule!

Very thorough inspection in attic and crawlspace. Even tried to talk me out of paying the initial service fee because there were very few mice droppings. Paid anyway since fall coming and major construction to start in our neighborhood (critters looking for a safe place to hide). He also showed me where they might be coming in and what kind of caulk to get to fix the hole.

The man came out at an earlier date and was honest about it not being effective at that point (wet/snow conditions) so he came back when it was dry (at the indicated date) and did a good job of identifying the problem locations and explaining what he was doing as he went along and why it is more effective than the home solutions I had tried. The price I paid also included a follow-up visit a couple of weeks later to verify that the infestation was handled and put down more granules to make sure it was taken care of. I waited a bit to do the review to make sure it was taken care of (at least for now). He was also honest about the fact that they can return in the future and there is no way to guarantee the future to do preventative measures. I now know enough to react quicker to have them exterminated professionally. The only non-excellent was for price, but that is because I don't really know what price would be "excellent", but the service I received was well worth their rate if you find a cheaper one.

The technician was very punctual and did a very good job explaining what he was going to do before he did it. He also explained how effective (or not effective) the treatment would be given our wood deck and its propensity towards hornet's nests.

I would highly recommend Envirotech pest solutions. I have never had an exterminator before but after seeing a few spiders we decided it was time. Called and scheduled an appointment, they called before coming and showed up on time. The tech was very thorough and effective as we found at least 200 dead spiders the next week. After the initial treatment we went a month without seeing any, then we saw a couple. I called them back and the happily came back out and sprayed again free of charge, this is part of the deal if you sign up for a quarterly plan. Have not seen any spiders since. The quarterly service runs around 70 bucks and you are guaranteed to see no critters or they will come back out for free. Great service, couldn't be happier. They offer Monday through Saturday appointments which is great. The service takes about 30 minutes each time. They spray inside and around the outside perimeter of your home. I have sprayed many times with over the counter bug control products but the are not even close to the effectiveness of the professional stuff. If you are on the fence with needing a pest control service, go ahead and bite the bullet and hire Envirotech.

They were very good and explained how they got in. They even went outside and found that there was a tiny opening in the brick that they were crawling in that way.
