They weren't the cheapest, but not the most expensive option, so I decided to try them, plus the friendly environmental aspect appealed to me. Eric was very knowledgeable about the process and assured me the problem would be taken care of once he finished the treatment. So far, so good! appreciated that he wore booties over his shoes too.

David was informative and explained the process of control and what he was spraying. All in all it was a professional call. We just have to wait for the baits to take effect for the ant colony in about a week. It was a good initial professional call. He was on time and went to work spraying. I purchased a year contract for Envirotech Solutions service.

We knew we had bees in the attic. We will be calling a bee keeper to see if they an remove the bees. If they can't or won't then Envirotech will come back out and get rid of them for us. I am hoping that the bee keeper will rescue them. Everything else looked good.

I can't believe we had mice. Our neighbors had their backyard completely redone, so we're guessing that their mice escaped to our house. Mike from Envirotech came within a couple days of our call and did a thorough site examination. Although we never saw any mice, there were mice droppings under the kitchen sink. Mike caulked a small area on our outside brick (on the other side of the kitchen) that was probably the point of entry. He put 2 boxes under the sink (entry point) and 3 boxes in the garage. It took a little longer than we'd expected, but we have now been mice-free for 2 months.

It went exactly as planned. Have not seen any new evidence of moles. If the moles return, so will Envirotech.

Envirotech Pest Solutions do a good job. They have great customer service. If you need to change your scheduled treatment they are really easy to work with to change that schedule. They give you a nice 2 hour window in which they will come. If you have special instructions they actually relay them to the person who is going to treat the house. They are also quick. They use a pet safe product, so you don't have to worry about them. They treat our big house and all around the outside in the spring for the same price.

Suddenly, we had mice. And I was horrified. I had made an appointment for later in the week, but the today when I realized I had a mouse trapped in the piano, I called and begged to be put on a cancellation list. Eric showed up this afternoon, and immediately put my mind at ease. He did a thorough walk through of my home and inspect the crawl space and perimeter of the house pointing out areas where mice are getting in. He gave me some helpful information on getting rid of the mice and assured me that he could help us with our situation. Not only was Eric a competent professional, he was a nice guy, and in this day and age, that goes a long way. I signed up for quarterly service.

He explained what he would do, did it, and then gave me the invoice and I paid him. He was very polite and efficient.

My initial phone contact immediately reassured me that I was talking to a professional. "Mike" patiently answered my many questions and his answers reflected how knowledgeable he was in understanding of his field of business. I appreciated that he treated me with respect as a customer and a person who does not like to be rushed when setting up a business transaction. He worked out a plan that accommodated my special situation of not actually being able to be there when the service was to be performed. My son was there and said that they arrived when they said they would, and that they were efficient in the execution of the project and careful while working in our home. Since it may take a couple of weeks to be able to assess the effectiveness of the treatment, I can't speak to that just now. But to this point in time, I have been happy with the service and look forward to working with them in the future.

Envirotech Pest Control are friendly and they use pet friendly products. They come out quarterly and spray the inside and outside of my house.

On Monday morning, July 2, I checked Angie's List looking for a company to deal with wasps were proliferating in the recent heat wave. It was imperative to me to have this taken care of before July 4th, as we are hosting a BBQ and will have young kids (age 1 - 8) running around. Before buying the Angie's List coupon for $118.75 I called to ensure Envirotech could perform the work before the 4th. Debbie was very pleasant and said she could have Mike out between 3-5 the same day, and the service might run a bit more due to numerous nests.Mike showed up at 3:10. No mistaking him for someone else in his Envirotech uniform and black and yellow stripped truck (luv the truck!) I walked him around the house pointing out everywhere I knew wasps to be, including where I'd tried to wipe them out myself with a can of stuff from the store. In about an hour or less Mike removed 2 active nests, at least one - two inactive, abandoned nests, sprayed all around the eaves of the house where I'd seen previous activity, checked out a corner of the yard where we seemed to have a lot, and even sprayed around the standing basketball hoop as he'd seen a lot of activity around it. And the charge remained $118.75. There was no additional charge! For all the work and precaution Mike took I feel we got our money's worth and then some. I also now feel comfortable having all our grandbabies over for the holiday without fear of someone getting hurt. Thank you Envirotech and especially Mike for your professionalism and providing me peace of mind so I can enjoy the day. I will definitely call you should I need your services in the future, and will recommend you to friends and family if they should.

After returning home from a two week vacation, we were greeted at our front door by an enormous hornets' nest. It was much too large to attempt to remove by ourselves. After researching some pest control companies on Angies' List, we requested bids from 5 companies. Envirotech Pest Solutions responded almost immediately, and they seemed to have a very reasonable price quote, so we set up an appointment right away. Darren arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and he identified the interlopers as very aggressive Aerial Yellowjackets.He explained what he was going to do to remove the nest and discourage the yellowjackets from rebuilding. He also did a walk-around the house and found a second nest under the eaves in the back of the house. He removed both nests, and treated the areas. We were very happy with Darren's professionalism and communication. He told us everything he was doing, and was quick and efficient as well. Even though he removed a second nest that he had not previously known about, the price for the service did not increase from the original price we were quoted. There was also no attempt to sell us any service beyond the removal of these 2 yellowjacket nests. We are very happy with Envirotech, and we will definitely call upon them for any future needs. It's refreshing to find a company you can depend on to respond promptly, charge very reasonable prices, send out professional and courteous employees, and not attempt to talk you into additional services. They have earned our repeat business, and we are happy to recommend them without hestiation to anyone else needing pest control services.

They are friendly and do a good job. It is very important that they are environmentally friendly. We have a lot less spiders and mice now.

Our technician was extremely helpful and friendly, as well as professional. He answered all my questions and addressed all concerns. He was considerate of my young children and did not try to sell me any services I wasn't interested in. He was efficient and effective.
