What a great experience. They set up an appointment that worked for both of us. The tech arrived on time, very friendly. Got to work and did a great job. I was a long time orkin customer. I just couldn't stand it anymore. I really like this company. No contract. Just pay as you need service. Never felt like I was getting my moneys worth on a quarterly schedule. I will say that after a few visits I no longer had any pest issues with orkin. I just like dealing with companies like Black Widow. They were worth every dollar. I will continue to do business with Black Widow.

Everything went well. It was fast, convenient, and the spray wasn't harmful to our pets. Since he has been here (over three weeks ago) we have not seen one bug! We called them because we had ants, and mystery flying bugs. Now they are totally gone. I would hire them again.

Great results and very professional. Have tried another local company that was horrible. Went back to these guys and am extremely satisfied. Very nice and professional. They keep those horrible Colorado spiders at bay!!!!

Their products are all organic so they don't harm the other animals that we have. They stand behind their products. If I have another problem after they were out, they'll come back and they don't charge an extra fee. It's just a down home kind of business so they are more personable. I think they are cheaper than everyone else. They are great.

They are awesome and always have been. They've taken care of everything in the past. They are friendly and reliable. I have been using them for 15 years. They are a great company and offer great service. They go anywhere you want them to and set traps anywhere you want them to. Its an awesome place. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have used them a number of times over the years. I had wasps nest that had to be removed. They put down capsules to control the mice. They throw in a couple of extra things without increasing the price. The job was excellent.

I have been using them for number of years. I had got a recommendation a while back and they turned out to be okay. I would recommend them to anyone.

Whatever they use really cuts down on the problem (my neighbor does nothing to mitigate their wasps, so I think I get their extras) and does not smell at all. In addition I have used them for spider and carpenter ant issues. It is effective, affordable and they are responsive. I will continue to use them in the future.

I thought that they were awful. They charged an exorbitant amount and it was $180 for that service. They sent out this kid. He sprayed the place very quickly and I don’t think that he was here for 15 or 20 minutes. I asked him if he thought that it was adequate to do the job that needed to be done and he said it was fine. When I called the owner and asked him he also said it was fine. I did see a few more bugs a little later, but they went away. The season changed, so I don’t know if they really got rid of them. I would not use them again.

Called and got quote from Black Widow Exterminators to remove Earwigs from our home. I had to leave a message but they called me right back and made an appointment for 3:00 - 4:00 that afternoon. The technician showed up on time and got to work spraying both inside and outside of our house. He explained the pesticide and gave us a 30 day guarantee. We have been very satisfied with Black Widow Exterminators work and we havent seen any Earwigs since.

I feel I've been pretty satisfied w/the service. A lot of other places I called charged a lot more, and try to get you to do it once a month. Not necessary!! Especially if you have it done in spring and fall, it's worked out well.

Really great response time - called the company yesterday and he arrived today at the scheduled time. I had called Black Widow about a month ago about wasps that were flying in the house - very strange because of the cold temps- and instead of trying to take advantage of the situation, he told me that nothing could be done at the time because no nests would be present at that time of year. He got my future business because of his honesty.

On-time arrival, quick service, willing to return if problems with spiders not solved. Have used this company several times before and have had excellent results that last nearly 1 year.

I used this company several years ago, and was delighted with the work. Wasn't surprised to find them on Angie's List. Will definitely use them again and refer them to others.

I would not hire them for the world. They are so sloppy. They'll kill your animals. No remorse. Large chunks of the material they use to kill the mice and rats were scattered all over the driveway. The material causes internal bleeding. Because of their carelessness my dog ate a large amount which resulted in a $1000 trip to the emergency room. I spent 10 hours in the emergency room. He paid no attention to his own behavior and said that the vet was a crook. UPDATE: He did send back the check and did not accept payment. At least that is some type of remorse.

Came within time appointed, was courteous and knowledgeable, responsive to concerns, and the price was right.

He was on time, efficient, polite and reasonable.
