Answered phone promptly, arrived in expected time frame, performed service as asked. Difficult to tell if all spiders have been eradicated however it can take up to 2 weeks per technician.

Very poorly. The work that was done was sloppy, haphazard and with a bad attitude.

He came on time. Ask me if I had any concerns. I told him that some houses around me had mice but I didn’t see anything to indicate I had them. We put the boxes down to be proactive. I have used them for three years and would use no one else.

Went well. Fairly simple and straight forward. They come and spray inside and outside, pretty responsive if you let them know about any problem areas.

We will use this company again they were reasonably priced and no pressure to reschedule or sell extra services. They got rid of of the spiders in one application. The stuff they use is safe around pets and kids in the house and does not have an unpleasant odor. Very professional, I recommend to everyone and will continue to use them in the spring.

Great. Friendly professional arrived on time. Did not see anymore spiders all winter. It’s a year later and they are only just now starting to reappear.

They did a great job. Since I used them, I haven't had any real major issues with bugs or spiders or whatever. They did do what they said they would do. I thought their price was reasonable. They were very thorough. If I needed them again, I would definitely use them. So far, I have no need.

They did great. One person came out, took about an hour. I believe it was the owner, did really well, went right to it, took his shoes off like you would want someone to do coming into your house.

Showed up within a few hours of me calling them, I did not think they would come out that fast. I think they did everything great. These guys are great, show up on time, quickly and get the job done.

Black Widow Exterminators scheduled a time to deal with the problem and came right on schedule. They applied some pesticide to the infected area, which seemed to do the job. However, after a couple of weeks some of the wasps returned to the area, so we contacted Black Widow Exterminators. They came out again, at no cost to us, and reapplied the pesticide. The wasps are gone.

When we bought the house we were overrun with various species of crawling beetles ,earwigs and spiders in the house and the garage. They were not small. It was so bad the cat kept swatting the knots in the hardwood floor thinking it was a bug. Spiders were in the litter box along with the cat. You never switched on a light in the dark. Several times there were large spiders on the wall very near those switches. After the first treatment by Black Widow we saw great improvement. When we found a bug it was dead. After several treatments it's very rare we see any dead bugs. I am able to schedule treatments when I want them without being tied to a contract. I am treating almost quarterly, due to the nature of my issue.

Perfect. He used a spray that would not harm the cats and dog and did not smell up the house. He was fast, efficient, and did and excellent job. We will have him come back in the spring!

It went very well. This is our second time using Black Widow and we are very happy with their services.

This is the second year I have used them. First year was the first year I had or needed this type of service. Within a few days after the treatment, there were no critters in or have to say around the House and the few i did see in the next couple months were not living. Around a year later I started seeing a critter here and there making their way in the house. They came out and treated the property with the same result as previous year. I also have a dog and their spray is pet friendly and I have not seen any problems on that front either. Each time had a different person out to spray and are friendly and efficient.

Smooth, and by the numbers. In addition to exterminating bugs in our living areas, they also addressed my crawl space because I anticipated another service provider down there. (That fellow reported only some spider webs, but nothing crawling!) The chemicals they use were effective, no smell, and no effect on our pets.

Everything went smooth and no more spiders!

I was very impressed with Black Widow. They answered the phone professionally and answered all my questions. I made an appointment and they showed up exactly on time. They answered my questions and completed the service quickly and in a professional quality manner. I do plan to use Black Widow again if needed.

The technician sprayed the chemical in about 20 minutes. Within 1 week, any spiders I found were dead and I rarely find a dead one in the house a month later. It was quite effective and technician that was in my home was very professional.

Black Widow called and told me what they were going to do and worked with me to get the earliest time I could. They treated the yard and the voles were gone within days. I really expected to have to have two treatments because of the infestation but they solved my issue first time. Would definitely use them again.

Exterminator showed up on time. He was friendly, quick and thorough. He also stated I can get a lower price for the next treatment when I arrange it. He indicated it would take up to 2 weeks to see the full effect, and he was correct. He indicated that if there was still a problem after 2 weeks to contact him and he will treat the house again. Overall, I am pleased with his work, and will continue to use their services.

Once the appointment was set, he was on time. He performed service quickly, and effectively as demonstrated by long term results. He was professional in regard to his approach. He was honest about a wise timetable for future. treatment.

Very professional and helpful man came out to spray. Found a black widow by front steps and showed it to me. About 2 weeks later we had to call them again to treat the ants a second time and they were great-no charge and problem solved.
