The windows are so clean they disappear! They got all the spider webs and wasp nests down. The gutters are clear. Great job! The added cost beyond the "house spa" price was due to more windows and longer gutter than the maximums but it was well worth it.

The project went very well. The provider kept all appointments on time and communicated well about the project scheduling and status. The color match was perfect for the deck stain. The staff were professional and thoughtful in their approach.

They came and went without us really even being aware of their presence, and all the work was done very well.

It started very badly, as Angie's List sent the guys to my home, rather than my rental property. But, amazingly, they were willing to make the long drive from Denver to Longmont in rush hour traffic, then stay and do more windows than they expected. Great working with them, and I will absolutely use them again in the future.

A very nice young man, also very punctual, who did a wonderful job, even looked for streaks and climbed up the ladder again and again when he saw one. They have never looked better, more shiny, no streaks. I will definitely hire them again.

Window Genie Team showed up 15 minutes early (other service companies could learn from this), immediately made us aware that they were there, explained exactly what they were going to do, set up their equipment, and went to work... The amazing and embarrassing lesson learned - In my mind, prior to hiring Window Genie, I thought my gutters were in decent shape, I squirt the hose up on the roof, so everything must be good... what I learned was there was unknown to me, all kinds of decayed leaves, small branches, pine cones from the squirrels, stone buildup from the roofing shingles and 1 ball from the kids next door were actually in the gutters... I'm not a fan of ladders or heights... so for $139, that was money well spent... the job was done far better than I could have done myself. Based on the great experience, I plan to try some of their additional services - window cleaning (back to the ladders & heights thing), and their power washing services. I give Window Genie a 5 star rating... they've taken a simple service of gutter cleaning, to a whole new experience for the customer - no more of that random uninsured college kid on the rickety ladder, doing a half hearted job while texting... wondering if your going to loose house if they fall off the ladder... these guys are true professionals

Overall we are happy with the outcome. There were some challenges with the installation process. We ended up having to pay extra to have the modular wall installer come back out twice to remove the doors and the hardware for them to install the film. If I would have known they needed the doors off with no hardware, I would have scheduled accordingly. The 2nd time was when they placed the film on the 2nd door, it did not apply correctly and we had to wait another week for the reinstall and pay again the original installer to come back out to take down and replace for the 2nd try. Other than that everything looks good. The owner Ron Brown was very nice and the two film installers were nice as well.

These great were great! The came on time, did a great job cleaning the windows and screens, cleaned up after the job....I couldn't be more pleased. Price was very reasonable...will definitely use them again.

We had several other estimates and happily chose Window Genie to power wash our vinyl siding two story house that had mold on north side surface. Ron gave a fair quote and scheduled in a timely manner. He was very professional, courteous, and cooperative regarding our concern about all our roses near the house. Paul and Eric carefully covered the roses and they did an outstanding job on whole house. We highly recommend this company and would definitely would hire them again! Excellent value, great results!

We had this done at the end of May so there were some delays because of the rain. Ronald stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process and was able to get the job done without a huge delay. Even though he was probably behind on all of his jobs due to the rain, they took their time and did an excellent job. His crews are polite, professional and trustworthy. It's hard to find a contractor that is honest and responsive. I will definitely be using Window Genie in the future!!

Window Genie washed our windows and pressure washed out patio, siding and fence. And, what a fantastic job! We had a very hazy hard-water build-up on our Living Room picture window that another provider could not remove. Window Genie reached into their bag of magic tricks and expertly removed the build up. It was no easy job. They really went the distance to do the job right. The windows were so clean, my wife jokingly commented after they finished, that she finally realized we had neighbors! I would recommend Window Genie to anyone. Great, timely, professional and competent service.
