Ron Brown contacted me within an hour or so after I called for an estimate. We set up a time for him to come by to give me an estimate and he was very punctual. He explained exactly what they would do and how much each job would cost. I agreed to have all three jobs done and the time was set up for the jobs to be done. His crew arrived right on time and did a marvelous job. They were very pleasant and professional and wanted to be sure that I was pleased with their work. I recommend them very highly and will definitely hire them again.

Ron for Window Genie called me within a day of my on-line request, even though he was out of town. He came out and quoted the job and did the work a week later. Very efficient, and his crew did an excellent job cleaning the gutters. I'll be calling him back after the leaves fall!

The team did and excellent job with the windows and screens. They arrived on time and worked very efficiently. Both people were very professional and even pointed out some windows that need replacement due to lost seals.

They did send someone out to give me a estimate. He was late and I missed him. I still have not yet had the work done. They were to send someone out and still haven't seen or heard back.

the guys were very professional, neat, removed their shoes. moved furniture and put it back , It took them a little over an hour to do 10 windows. very quick. I will definitely call them back.

Paul did an excellent job scrubbing all the windows so they got really clean. He was very professional and friendly, I felt totally comfortable being alone with him in the house when my kids and husband were out. The owner, Ron Brown, came out and personally quoted the job which was MUCH less than all the other quotes we received. We have a large house with 89 panels and the job only cost $383, which was $60-$175 cheaper than the other quotes we received. Great price, great quality...we will definitely use them again!

I recommend Ron Brown and his crew, Paul and Eric, without hesitation. They are professional and respectful and will work until the job is done to perfection! I had not had my windows cleaned in years because I didn't think I could afford to; however, now that I feel I have pure bright light shining through them, I am kicking myself for waiting! It makes a HUGE difference to live in a house with sparkling clean windows. Ron will work with your budget-- I found the price for the work done to be reasonable (I have tons of windows and several French Doors with divided light panes) and it also included cleaning my gutters and removing tons of leaves from my roof. Ron did a free estimate and was prompt and courteous. Erik and Paul showed up on time and were the BEST workers I think I've ever had. Pleasant, efficient. Really nice guys. They fixed the loose legs on my couch in addition to moving it to get at the living room windows. Great job - windows have never been cleaner! AND they gave me a gift of a spray bottle of window cleaner.
