It's pretty good. They have great customer service and do a really good job. The rep is just a really good guy. He's real personable, honest and informative.

It was fine. I have been with them for about 3 years. I think they offer a full range of services for trees. They show up when they say they will and I haven't had any problems with the work. It's been fine. They're very professional.

Their price was ridiculous. The tree is not dead. I never had to call them. I do not intend to use them in the future.

It worked out fine. I've just used them for years. They seem to be very reliable. The trees and bushes are still alive! My interaction with them was fine.

An arborist came to the house within a couple of days of my making the appointment on the phone. He listened to my requests, made some suggestions, and quoted me a fair price. We signed a contract and the work crew was on site in about a week. The crew consisted of three men. One of them removed a very large tree by the driveway while another trimmed two other large trees. The third man gathered all the limbs and ran them through the shredder. In about another week a man arrived with the equipment necessary to remove the remaining tree stump near the driveway. The Davey Tree Expert Co. is prompt, reasonably priced, they do a very good job and clean up after themselves.

They are timely and are also very reasonably priced.

They come out once a year, so they will be back here. They were fine, but this is not the type of service that I can tell much about whether it's worth or not. They spray, but I help it work.

We have used them for the past 20 years. They know what they are doing in terms of the trees. They are not just a fly by like company. They are really, really well established in the community. They have been around for a long time. They have people with them who know trees well. They are not the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive either. We get what we pay for. I would use them again in the future.

They are a very good company and I would continue to use them in the future.

They came out, I told them what I needed, they did their thing and handed me the estimate. They were very responsive, he was out here the next day and on time. We are shopping around and if he's the best we will use him.

The trimming went well. The guys were very knowledgeable and answered my questions fully. Fertilizing was done a couple of days later.

The trees look fine after they were finished. I just thought that they should have done a little more pruning. It took about half a day to do the work. They did remove all the debris from the trimming. I didn't like that they just showed up to do the work and I didn't know when they were coming. I will look to find someone else to do this work next time I think.

Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came for the quote. He took a good amount of time informing me of the trees and bushes in my yard and I didn't feel pressured at all to get more work done then I wanted. There were several men in the crew, with multiple vehicles (wood chipper, hydraulic bucket lift, etc). The job was done quickly, they cleaned up everything afterwords, and my newly trimmed trees look great.

Davey Tree did an excellent job. They arranged treatments on a case by case basis, and never did anything without express approval. They never came up with random treatments just to squeeze a few extra dollars out of us, and even told us a nitrogen treatment we requested for one of our trees was unnecessary. Overall a fine company to do business with.

They did an excellent job, showed up on time, & didn't stop until the work was done. They had to work near overhead power lines & were very safety conscious.

These people are very knowledgeable and professional. Spray treatments are applied 2 times per year, at our request. They also provide no charge advice, on other tree issues.

THEY ARE TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALWAYS CALL TO SEE IF IT IS OK TO SPRAY AND LEAVE A SIGN TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THE CHEMICALS WERE USED. THEY ARE EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY.

DAVEY TREE CALLED AND ASKED IN ADVANCE IF THE DATE WOULD BE OK TO APPLY FERTILIZER. THE FERTILIZER WAS APPLIED ON THE DATE THAT THEY COMMITTED TO AND THE LAWN WAS APPROPRIATELY MARKED WITH A PESTICIDE FLAG.
