Customer was very pleased at time of job completion, very confused on rating, prices given up front before job starts and customer commented at completion very positive remarks. Did not get any negative feedback until this review, so sorry to hear that they were not completely satisfied. Had done work for this same customer before as well, no negative feed back given. Did schedule an appt for more work but than cancelled and now this review. Customer can feel free to call and speak directly with Master Plumber.
