Brett was great to work with from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive and thorough. I especially appreciated how professional, friendly, and respectful he is and how quickly he was able to schedule our job--we called on Friday and he was at our house on Monday morning. One of our knobs had been rigged up somehow so that it could only be locked/unlocked with a key from outside; this entire knob needed to be replaced and that was not a problem at all. Also, one of the plates for a deadbolt was not the proper size when installed (by somebody else, before we bought the house)--he corrected this and made sure that the deadbolt locked and unlocked consistently and easily before he left. I recommend Brett's services without any hesitation.

Couldn't have been better. Provider had a very busy schedule and said he'd work me in for my mail box key when he had a chance. He called me at 6pm the very next business day and said he had replaced the mail box lock and asked if I was available to get my other locks rekeyed that was scheduled to be done the following week. Really likable guy who happens to be very good at his work. A pleasure to do business with!

Brett is seriously good at what he does and it shows. He completely dismantled the expensive and finicky Rocky Mountain Hardware lock on my new house, explained/showed me the issues with it in detail, and fixed it so it works beautifully now. He was prompt, courteous and cleaned what little mess he made, very detail oriented, and keeps meticulous records, especially for the keypad locks that have administrative codes (so if you ever lose it, you can get it from his records). Great service experience!

We scheduled the visit for Tuesday but he had an opening Monday afternoon and called to see if that would work for me. It did and he was in and out in I think less than an hour. We both tested all the keys. Brett was very nice, efficient and I would definitely use him again. His contact info has been added to my two-page list of contractors.

Install was flawless. Brett cleaned up after himself, explained thoroughly what he was doing, as he was doing it,all while doing things at a very rapid pace. Brett showed up 5 minutes before his appointment, a huge bonus in my book. He did call to let us know that he was coming. He also had called back, last night (a Sunday evening I might add) to consult with us on a install job that we had tried to do ourselves but it turned out "not well". He spent more than 30 minutes "gratis" trying to get our work to work for us but to no avail, again another HUGE plus as he had no "skin" in the game at this point. Brett also took the time to fully explain the functions of our new electronic keypad deadbolt and walked us through all of the functions to make us feel fully comfortable with how things go.

He understands the mechanics of lock mechanisms much better than other locksmiths I have used. Prices are very reasonable. He is a great choice for high-end residential properties. The security lock on a brand new piece of Hartmann luggage was broken. It was frustrating as there was no time to replace the luggage before I leave town. Brett was cheerful, courteous and prompt. He explained in detail what was wrong, how he fixed it and made a few recommendations. It has been the best part of this very frustrating day so far!
