I couldn't be more pleased. Brett is such a pleasant gentleman and couldn't have been more helpful. I will certainly recommend him to people I know who might need a locksmith.

Brett did an excellent job of rekeying our 3 doors. I would highly recommend him. The cost was also very reasonable and included 3 keys. He was very fast and thorough as well, and was extremely professional.

Brett was terrific! I called him at 4:30 on a Friday. One hour later he was at my house. Not only did he do the work requested, but he suggested additional improvements that might be needed.

i called Brett about 11am. He scheduled an appointment for 1pm. He showed up on time. To,d me it would take about an hour to change all of the locks. He was done in just over 30 minutes. He gave me the special that was being offered on Angie's list, and didn't change any pricing. He was very professional and friendly on the phone and in person.

Brett did an excellent job. He rekeyed the locks, but then also mentioned how some of the hardware was not set correctly, so I had him fix that. Afterwards, our locks work much better! One of the best people I have ever hired to work on my house.

Brett is very professional, friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. He quickly was able to see why one of the deadbolts was not functioning properly and take care of it. He rekeyed our locks and made as many keys as we needed. We would definitely use him again and would recommend him highly!

I sent an e-mail on Sat afternoon and he responded within a couple of hours. We set up an appointment for Monday and he was here promptly. Brett was so great! When I called - which was before business hours - I was expecting to get his voicemail. But he answered, right away. We have a rental that had been vacated late the night before and we were concerned about a return visit that wouldn't be beneficial to anyone. We called Brett to see when he would be available to come to the house and re-key it, as we were leaving on a week's vacation and didn't want to worry about what may or may not happen with the house. He said he could be there at 9:30 am. We were so happy. He then showed up 10 minutes early and was able to re-key our front door (with deadbolt) and two garage doors in no time. He also provided two copies of the key. Our experience with him was perfect. He was not only on time and responsive to our needs but was very professional and took great care to do the job and do it well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone - residential or commercial. He's great!

Called to confirm appt, arrived on time, very knowledgeable, no problems whatsoever.

Because the lock was broken in the locked position and was part of a custom door, it was not possible for Brett to identify exactly what type of lock we were dealing with before drilling out and consequently ruining the lock. He ordered one type, which he subsequently was able to identify was not the correct one without having to drill and then ordered a second one, which worked. This required multiple trips to my house and Brett was cheerful and proactive throughout the process. The second unit cost more than the first was projected to cost and the time it took to install it was significant, but Brett honored his initial quote. I would highly recommend Brett to anyone looking for a true professional to solve a simple or complex locksmith issue. l dealt with another prominent Broomfield locksmith who essentially threw up his hands at the challenge. Brett rose to it and prevailed. Bravo!

Brett arrived at his estimated time and we went over all of the things we needed him to take care of. He listened and made notes. He got busy and was able to take care of everything in about 5 1/2 hours. He was very courteous and his work was very clean. Brett is a nice guy, and was very thorough on our job. The door handle in our pretty new (4 years) home broke. Big security issue. Brett came quickly to take a look at it. Told us he'd research cost and give us an estimate because we wanted a handle as close to the broken one as possible. He got back to us quickly and kept us apprised of the status of our order with the manufacturer in a timely way. As soon as the part was in he texted to schedule the install. He was pleasant, professional, tidy and did a great job. We would hire him again and have told all the neighbors about him also.
