The utmost professional, Brett is precise and neat, and does beautiful work. I had the bolt locks and locking knobs replaced on the front and deck doors, as well as, the door to the garage. Even though the door jambs didn't cooperate very well, Brett still completed the job quickly. Something I found impressive was his earnest desire to make sure I got the hardware I wanted. I was looking for bronze-colored knobs and locks and Brett texted me pictures before he ordered them to make sure it was what I wanted. Very impressive and skilled technician and pleasant to be around. Will definitely call him again for any lock needs that arise. I couldn't be more pleased.

Brett always does great work for us. Over the past five years, he's been to our house at least 3-4 times for various projects. He's the first and only locksmith I call. Always on time, quick, and reasonably-priced.

Very well! Brett spoke with me several times by email and phone to help me decide what exactly I wanted to do. And he was flexible enough to move my appointment back when I decided to order special knobs online. He gave me good advice on the deadbolts and knobs I was looking at along the lines of both aesthetics and function. And, he carried inventory with him- which came in handy when I decided to switch it up last minute to install a different type of deadbolt and handle on one door. Made sure everything was clean and worked well when he left too. Will definitely work with him again for any locksmith needs that come up.

Excellent. I hate writing reviews as I am simply too lazy. Had Lockstar come out and re-key my home and he was very polite, efficient, and affordable. The promptness was perfect, and the quality was as if he had done nothing at all. (in other words great). How do you stand out on a re-key one might ask. Well, our bedroom door has a lock on the handle. My wife and I did not notice this, and she closed the door that evening well after he had left. Not a big deal until you realize your phone, car keys, tools, and wallet are all in there. Luckily my grandpa was with us and he had his phone. We called and he assisted us over the phone to get it open again. Can't say I expected that, I was expecting more like an extra $75.00 fee. Would call back again any day.

i called Brett about 11am. He scheduled an appointment for 1pm. He showed up on time. To,d me it would take about an hour to change all of the locks. He was done in just over 30 minutes. He gave me the special that was being offered on Angie's list, and didn't change any pricing. He was very professional and friendly on the phone and in person.

I called Brett to repair a sliding glass door latch. Brett listened to my description of the situation and then made a suggestion to use a better product, the Door Guardian, and suggested that I research it for my knowledge and comfort before I make a decision. He explained all of the pros/cons to me in a professional and polite manner. I felt comfortable with his product knowledge and recommendation as well as his ability to perform exactly what he was promising. I felt no pressure to decide on the Door Guardian or any other product, rather I felt informed on my options. Brett was booked for the particular day that I needed and he sent his associate, David, out to perform the job. David arrived promptly and was very professional. Brett was terrific! I called him at 4:30 on a Friday. One hour later he was at my house. Not only did he do the work requested, but he suggested additional improvements that might be needed.

Showed up early. Made a few suggestions that saved me a money. Fixed an old lock while in progress. Finished in under an hour.
