Description of Work: I am new to the area, and I found Brett at Lockstar through Angie's List. I had purchased a new home and needed to get the locks changed. He was able to get me on the schedule quickly. He was punctual, respectful and focused, and gave me a great deal. He installed the new locks and pointed an issue out to me on an existing keypad lock that I will need to address in the future. All in all it was a great experience!

Description of Work: Very pleasant to work with. I think it was Brett and he worked around my ability to be home as it was a bit of an emergency on a weekday evening. He came well after 5:00 p.m. and knew exactly how to repair my lock. Was in and out in very short order and worked to keep the cost down. Definitely feel comfortable using him again.

Description of Work: Brett was absolutely superb!! I had my doors and garage door re keyed. He responded right away when I called and scheduled for the following day. Despite heavy traffic, he was exactly on time. He explained exactly what he would need to do and how much it would cost. He was pleasant, considerate and very professional. The locks are the best they have ever been. The keys fit perfectly. I could not be more pleased I give Brett my highest recommendation! I will definitely use him again.
