Had two door locks keyed alike; one worked well but the other did not. Not being sure of the best fix, we agreed he would come & check it out and then agree on best repair. He reworked the existing lock but it still did not work as smoothly as possible. He then repeated the process after which it worked quite nicely. He was prompt, courteous & efficient. He even charged me less than the package I would have bought on the website! I am planning to get some new doors & would be glad to use this firm again.

Brett is a true professional. He responds very quickly to emails, gives accurate estimates, calls when he's nearby (in our case he was able to come earlier), and does extremely good work quite fast. He was able to re-fit a door at a very low fee to enable a lock to work better. We used one of his Angie's List coupons and saved some money. He is such a nice guy and we recommend him highly. We wish every service personnel who came to the house was like him.

Brett arrived on time and we discussed what need to be done and made some good suggestions. We simplified the keying since he was replacing the locks anyway. He also recommended we choose a keypad for the garage door, which we were getting serviced later that day. We were very happy with the service.

Even with the big snowstorm, Brett kept our appointment and arrived at the time promised. We shared a few emails before he came to do the job and he had a great "can do" attitude. He brought the requested model keypad and spent some initial time figuring out how to make the new style keypad and handle fit on our door and not conflict with the additional security door. Brett determined the best lay out and set to work. He was very meticulous and took pride in doing the job right, asking for our input along the way. He suggested finishing touches and made sure everything was working properly. He took the time to explain the new lock to us, cleaned up his work area, and left us with a nicely installed keypad and door handle. He also was able to cut 2 additional keys. Very satisfied with Lockstar.

Found Brett on Angie's List and couldn't be more pleased. He was responsive, professional, on time, processed my credit card through his IPhone (including printing a receipt).....in general, he was terrific to work with and I'd call him again without any reservations. ,

.Brett was very responsive and personable, arrived right on time for both the quote visit and the installation, provided a professional and well documented quote, and completed the work as quoted. He also worked in cooperation with another contractor (Wood 'n Things) whom we selected to do the door repair and replacement, so the end result was just as we expected, and all completed in a half day. I have recommended Brett to other family members considering some lock work.

I purchased the big deal for this service. I paid him the big deal amount and then I paid him another $40 because he did more than I had originally bargained for. So totally I paid him $105 and that’s including the big deal amount. He was trust worthy and he was a good guy as well. I liked him and I would use him again. He knew what he was doing. Brett was great! I highly recommend him. He came out to rekey my house. Replaced several locks and offered suggestions to consolidate the locks and therefore reduce the number of keys I needed him to make. He was also willing to help with garage door remotes and even helped out by getting a sticky screen door to close correctly. Great customer service! Thanks Brett!

The job didn't take too long and he had everything ready to go, including some hardware we didn't think of, which made it a one time job. I'd use Lockstar again and I will recommend them to my clients as well.

I called Brett based on his Angie's list reviews. We are in a new house and wanted to get the entire house re-keyed, as well as add some new locks. Brett was responsive, came out that day, listened to the scope of the job, gave pertinenet advice, suggested some upgrades as well as downgrades to save money, and offeed to come back the next day to do the job. He arrived on time, was completed before he said he would be, found a couple of other ways to save me some money on the job, hunted down some specific hardware I had in mind, as was pleasant and professional throughout the enire process. I would definitely recommend Locksatr, and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

The locksmith got it out, in a couple of minutes, and lubricated the lock. It works better than it has in years! He was; prompt, courteous, reasonably priced and even asked me if I wanted him to remove his shoes. I would definitely recommend him.
