Brett was on time, courteous, and worked on the outside door during a very cold spell. He explained to me why the lock was sticking. He didn't have to change the lock, which allowed all the owners to continue using our old keys, however I did have him make the "new improved" keys for everyone. Very impressed with his professionalism.

Brett was very responsive when I called to request his services. We set up a mutually agreeable time the next time for him to come to my home residence and rekey two doors. He presented himself in a very competent fashion and was went immediately to work removing the lock housings and readjusting the pins and then out to his truck to cut new keys. Brett works 100% out of his mobile truck performing locksmithing so you're not paying additional onsite fees as other locksmiths do. I had another problems the next month with an outside security door whereby once the security lock was enabled it was next to impossible to unlock the door and open it. Since this was my main door into my home this needed to be immediately addressed. Brett came out to my home within an hour and got right to work. His work involved redrilling the hole that the lock engages into on the door frame. It was a little bit of risky drilling and Brett called to my attention that due to the suppleness of the frame he had accidentally drilled through the front of the door frame. He was very apologetic and applied a silicon patch to the hole. Brett further took down the name of the security door company that the door had been purchased from and went out of his way in stopping by their business and purchasing exact color touch up paint. The next day, Brett, returned and applied the touch up paint and the accidental hole is not even noticeable. The security door works wonderfully and is able to be opened with ease. From this visit besides the wonderful work that Brett performed I am totally impressed with Brett's honesty in calling to my attention his accidental error and his follow through in resolving it in making me the customer happy with the entire service.

One of the best experiences I've ever had with any person doing any kind of work on my home. Brett responded to my first email promptly. He gave me an estimate and we scheduled the job. Bret Miller was right on time and very friendly. He changed our locks very quickly and ensured that he was satisfied with the new key movements. He made adjustments until he was satisfied. He also recommended a great locking device for our sliding glass door that would help keep it in balance instead of using a wood pole at the bottom. Would use him again for any locksmith needs we had.

Brett was great and did a good job of rekeying all the locks on the house. He also installed a new front door lock. His work was efficient and done with quality. I would recommend this company to others.

I broke the key of in my service truck tool box,incidentally the one with all my tools in it,It went very smooth. I called after 6p.m and the owner was here within an hour and not only did he pull out my broken key and cut me two new ones he fixed my truck tool box so it wouldn't happen again. I am very very happy and referred him many times since

The locksmith showed up on time and worked very quickly to change the locks on two doors. The locksmith provided a total of three keys. The locksmith provided excellent additional information regarding securing sliding glass door even though this was clearly outside the scope of work. Contacted Brett Miller the day before closing on a new house. I was informed about the Lockstar online offer that included: service call, rekeying 3 standard cylinders, plus 3 free keys. Once purchased, Brett scheduled me for the next day before 4pm. Brett called to confirm when en route to confirm the address and arrived as agreed. Service completed promptly and I requested two extra key copies which were made for $5 as advertised. Brett had one cylinder that gave him some trouble and he replaced it free of charge. The locksmith services were exceptional and I would recommend Brett to anyone - he is a true professional!

Brett was prompt and professional. He clearly has an appreciation for antique furniture and was able to gently coax open the lock. He was knowledgeable about the antique lock mechanism and was able to explain why it wasn't working properly. I recommend Brett and Lockstar and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

It was an Angie's list deal for re-keying of a house for $89. It included three cylinders, and we needed five replaced, so it was a little more than we were expecting. However, he did a great job and now all of our door locks match, and we only need one key instead of the janitor's ring we were carrying around! Would definitely recommend to others.

The installer was on-time and performed the work in a reasonable amount of time. He was polite, kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up before departing. I would use this provider again.

This guy is an absolute pro. Not only is his work meticulous but he knows every little nuance of every little lock in the house. He was able to match current hardware and he even made it so that all the sliding glass doors in the house match the key that fits the other four doors in the house (there were three different keys needed for all the doors...now only one! YAY!). I would hire Brett over again...I wish I had more locks so he could come work his magic! I will definitely let my neighborhood know about him. His name is perfect. he's a lockSTAR! They all work perfectly. I contacted Brett Miller and set up an appointment for him to rekey several locks for me. I live in an old house and these were original locks and sometimes I had problems opening one door, especially. Mr. Miller arrived promptly, was very courteous, and I would definitely recommend him to my friends. He rekeyed my door locks, oiled and cleaned them, and the locks work better now than when I purchased my house.
