Description of Work: I have gone to F-1 Systems for years, usually to get my computer(s) cleaned up or for a problem with virus', etc. Warren is awesome and always able to explain to me in layman's terms what the issues were and how to prevent in the future. I have never had any concerns with the work that this company does or with the price of service that they charge. In addition to their exceptional service, Warren never tries to sell me something that I don't need and honest about the price it would cost to fix a problem versus replacement. Description of Work: My laptop stopped working so I needed to get it working again. While my laptop was at F 1, I called and asked a few questions. For some reason the older man who was working on my computer (who I believe was the owner but I'm not certain) became very aggressive and verbally abusive. I felt like I had to be polite because my laptop was being held hostage. I was very surprised and upset because I had used them a few years earlier and the guys I dealt with then were really nice. It was very stressful. I don't need that when I'm just going in for a service and paying somebody on top of it! I won't use them again.

 + -1 moreF1 Systems was originally recommended to us by a business acquaintence when our new Vista laptop had a problem, so we decided to give them a try for this project. I found Warren and his staff quick, competent and pleasant to work with. We're certainly happy with the work and glad for their expertise. While they were working on the system, they had found the fan was not coming on to keep things cool. They told us it was not a critical problem at this time, but would eventually fail. Since it was less expensive and far more effecient to just replace the power supply (which has a new fan in it), we had them do that on the spot. Yes, this did increase our overall cost by about $75.00, but I don't think I could have bought the part and installed it myself for that price. Warren actually saved us some money by showing us a few things we could do ourselves to smooth operations.
Description of Work: Our larger business machine was running out of space on its C: Drive. We needed to expand our onboard memory as well. F1 Systems ordered and installed a new internal 500GB drive, added the memory, ghosted all of the C:\ Data and programs over and had everything running in under two days. They also discovered a bad power supply, so we had that replaced at the same time.

 + -1 moreF1 SYSTEMS ACTED PROMPTLY TO REMOVE THE VIRUSES AND ADWARE AND TO GET OUR COMPUTER UP AND RUNNING AGAIN. I TOOK THE MACHINE IN ON A MONDAY, THEY HAD IT BACK TO ME THE NEXT DAY. THEY ALSO PROVIDED HELP TO PREVENT FUTURE ATTACKS.
Description of Work: OUR COMPUTER WAS SLAMMED WITH MULTIPLE COMPUTER VIRUSES AND A NUMBER OF ADWARE PROBLEMS.
