The entire experience with Gary was terrific! He was knowledgeable, prompt and honest. The repair work was completed beautifully and for an extremely reasonable price. He saved me a lot of money and headaches and I will absolutely call him if I ever need appliance repair in the future! Thanks, Gary!

My husband called Gary on the 7th, explained the problem, but couldn't find the model or serial # on the oven. Gary thought he knew what the problem was, came out on the 8th. He was here and finished in an hour.

The service guy called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was right on time, he introduced himself ( I can't remember his name and I don't have his card with me at the moment) I showed him the freezer he checked it over, reset it and my freezer is working great. I asked him what I owed and he said nothing. I would definitely use the company again.

My dishwasher was leaking so I e-mailed Gary based on his ratings on Angie's List. He emailed me back and asked me to give him a call with more detail on the dishwasher and the problem. He wanted to save me the cost of a service call if the problem was just an old appliance that needed replacement. That was the first wonderful thing in a series of wonderful things! When I called he gave me instructions on how to check where the water was coming from. As it turned out the water was coming from under the door, so no new dishwasher quite yet. When I called him back he had me look at the door seal and the deflectors, one of which was missing. Gary told me I could order the parts from Sears and actually gave me the part numbers. I did that and replaced the deflector and the seal. The dishwasher still leaked! Another call to Gary and he had me take the sprayer arm off and check the screws underneath. They were loose. I reseated the seal underneath and tightened the screws and problem solved! I am very grateful to Gary for all his help. He went way beyond what I expected and saved me a lot of money at a difficult time. He is at the top of my list.

Gary, the owner, was wonderful, knowledgeable, personable and thorough! He was very responsive to our appliance repair request. We contacted several appliance companies for service when our refrigerator started freezing everything in both the fridge and the freezer. We had run diagnostics from the owners manual and knew that we needed a new control board. The only company that would even talk to us before making a special trip ($75) to determine if the diagnostics we had already run were accurate, was Perfection Appliance Service. Not only would Gary speak with us and answer additional questions, he checked to see if the part was available and gave us a quote on the cost. The part is not available until March so we purchased a new fridge and are having him order the part for our first fridge. He will be the one installing it. We will call him with any future appliance issues. This is the way business should be run! Thank you for a GREAT experience!

I had an issue with my washing machine, emailed Perfection Appliance at 9pm and received an email from Gary at 6am the next morning. He was at my home by 10am that morning with the part in hand that we thought out work. Unfortunately my washing machine was too old and needed another part, Gary left that day without payment and said he would return the next day. He returned and charged us less than was estimated since the job too less time. Gary was kind, professional, prompt and gracious. I almost didn't email this company since I live in Denver and their address is Brighton. I'm SO GLAD I did. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for appliance repair.

I placed a call to Gary on July 19th and he returned my call within 5 minutes. We arranged a day for him to check out our problem and he said he would call between 7-7:30 am to give me a two hour window. He called exactly at 7 am, we were his first stop and he even arrived a few minutes early. He quickly analyzed the problem and told me a timer switch had stopped working. He was going to the parts house and if he found the part, he would be back the next day. Great. He called a few hours later and found the part and asked if he could return today, and install it. Super. He arrived 25 minutes later, installed the switch and in a couple of days we should have our refrigerator back on line. Gary is an OUTSTANDING service technician. Courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. I highlly recommend him.

Perfection Appliance Service responded promptly to our call regarding a washer that was not working. We had previously had both Sears and another appliance repair look at the washer. Sears couldn't find anything wrong and the service call was $129. The next person diagnosed the washer incorrectly (as it turned out), didn't return my calls, and didn't get back with me when promised.Perfection demonstrated care for how much we would have to spend on the repair, diagnosed the problem correctly, got the part from the warehouse quickly, was polite and clean in his work, and, most importantly, fixed our washer. We will definitely use Perfection Appliance Service again. This is a company you can trust!

We bought a house and the fridge came with it, along with it's problems. The water dispenser was leaking water on the floor every time we used it. The ice dispenser would just quit working randomly. I called Gary at Perfection Appliance Service and told him what the problems were. He would have come out that same day, but I had to work, so we made an appointment for him to come out the next day. Gary showed up on time and got right to work checking things over. The water leak was an easy fix. It turned out that the water line was split and just needed to be replaced. The ice maker was another matter. Gary told me that on my particular model of refrigerator, the problem of the ice maker couldn't really be "fixed" and would just have to be replaced. I asked him if he thought it was worth replacing. Being that the refrigerator was already 7 years old, he said that the replacement was pretty expensive when considering the average life span of the appliance. That being the case, we decided not to replace the ice maker, and just live with it until we decide to replace the entire refrigerator. I appreciate that Gary was honest with me about the ice maker. I know some people out there would have just taken the money and replaced it knowing that it wasn't worth it. I would describe Gary as professional, yet friendly and very personable. I will definitely use him again should the need arise!

This guy is great!! I called him on a Saturday morning with a dishwasher problem, and we talked for less than 5 minutes on the phone. The discussion and his suggestions led me to the problem which I was able to repair, without a service call (this was NOT an operator error type of problem). The next time I have an appliance problem, he will be my first call, and I would use his services without hesitation, as well as recommend him to others. How many appliance repair people would spend their time helping you fix your own problem? A class act. Thanks for your help.

Called Gary first thing in the morning and descriped problem concerning the fan always running and the outside of refrigerator being hot to the touch. He quoted price for service call and approximate price of replacement part. When he came over that afternoon, on time, he explained everything that he was doing and how the different fans worked, there are 2 in my refrigerator. After installing the part, he left the orginial and told me he would send the bill at the end of the week. Gary is courteous and thorough. I would definitely use his service again.

Very well. I didn't need any parts and he was honest about that and only charged me for the examination.

We had water leaking into our refrigerator and accumulating in the vegetable trays and the bottom of the refrigerator. Gary immediately determined that there was a the problem with our ice-maker. He removed the buildup of ice around our ice-maker and installed a part to keep the problem from reoccurring. He was prompt, professional, efficient, and friendly. We were very happy with his work. We will definitely call him the next time we need an appliance repaired.

Gary returned my call right away and tried to talk me through possible problem over the phone. He was able to make a service call that same afternoon. He discovered that two parts were bad on our range and suggested I call the manufacturer to see if they would send out one of their preferred technicians and cover part of the costs since it is out of warrantee by two years. He also said we could consider buying a new range. Whirlpool said they were not willing to cover any costs and to replace this range was about $900 so we had Gary go ahead and repair it. No surprises and work done was very professional. I highly recommend this honest company.

Excellent. I had narrowed down the problem to my refrigerator to a bad compressor start device. I asked Gary for an appointment. Gary helped troubleshoot the problem over the phone to avoid an in-person visit, which would have incurred a charge. I was not able to fix it. Ultimately, Gary stopped by the house, and fixed the replacement in a few minutes. I has already obtained the part previously, so I was only charged the house visit of $55.00. Overall A+ service. I would recommend Gary for his professionalism, his responsiveness, and value for the money. Thanks Gary.

Gary and I tried to solve the problem over the phone, we made several attempts to troubleshoot the problem first, maybe being able to fix it myself. After several attempts with no easy fix, Gary scheduled a service call with me. He was on time and very polite. He replaced a part in the freezer, and did a great job and cleaned up after the job was done.

Gary is wonderful! He is prompt, courteous and goes the extra mile to make sure the work is done as I expected. He is extremely neat, and very professional. I will not call anyone else in the future for appliance repairs.
