After finding Crackerjack on Angie's List, we contacted them for a estimate of what it would cost to repair/mudjack our driveway which was pretty uneven. I received a call, and two gentlemen came within a few days. They were very helpful and submitted a quote. I appreciated that they let me know at that time that they would need a few week's notice to do the job when I received the quote. It was a very reasonable quote, but we had a few other projects to tackle before fixing the driveway. I contacted them a few weeks ago, and set up a date for the job. Unfortunately, with all this rain/flooding we have had in Colorado, they had to postpone things for few days. This was understandable, and they were great about keeping us informed. With the continuing weather issues, we didn't think they would be able to keep the second date they set up with us, but it was a pleasant surprise when they called early that day to confirm they would be there. My dad was kind enough to meet them. He said they were very nice and informative. We are pleased with the job they did! With the concrete issues we have here in Colorado, they stay busy, so you will likely wait a few weeks, but we highly recommend them!

Crew of two arrived on time, and made quick work of my patio slab. Both were very professional, and cleaned up quickly. I highly recommend Crackerjack as there really is no substitute.

The gentleman who did the estimate was prompt and professional. He explained exactly what needed to be done. When Hector and his partner arrived they were very pleasant and got right to work. They drilled holes and I could see there was nothing much left underneath the porch to support it. The material under the slab had compressed over the last 75 years and they had to pump in quite a bit of cement to fill the void. I was amazed to see my front steps move like that! The job only took about an hour and they cleaned up and left. They did a wonderful job and I'm thrilled with the result. Things are level now!!!

The process from my initial phone call, to their coming to give me a bid, to the work being done was painless, efficient, and their work was excellent.

We initially asked for an estimate to lift our sinking walkway. It was pointed out during the estimate that our driveway was also sinking, which we had not noticed before. Options were given for doing the walkway only or both the walkway and the driveway. We opted to do both. We felt the pricing was quite reasonable. Overall, an excellent experience. It was easy and fast to get an estimate. They pointed out a problem with our driveway that we had not been aware of before, but would have noticed had we gone with our initial request and only fixed the walkway. The workers arrived during the provided time window and were polite and fast. They cleaned up beautifully after the work was done. The driveway and walkway look great, we are very happy. Would definitely use again.

House had a front entryway with a poor sense of direction and needed some V8 juice. Found Crackerjack on Angie's list and reviews were good. Jim was very prompt on estimate and came in under prior bids. Jim's crew came out on scheduled date and time and pumped up the walkway and repaired one crack. Also advised on sealant to protect against this happening in future. Did also remind me that there was a 2 year warranty on their work. Very pleased with overall experience and recommend to others when not in budget to start over and redo whole walkways. Besides small half dollar sized holes in each 3x4 pad, can't tell that they did anything. Really just looks like a rain drop that will fade with sun I assume.

I had received that estimate in late 2012, and that price was still good when I got the job done. It was a little difficult to speak with my contact, as calls were directed through an office number. I did have to contact him on the next business day to report that I was not satisfied with the clean up. It was the end of the day by the time he returned my call, and he said his crew would be right out, which didn't happen for another hour. They did correct the patching on 2 of the holes, as well. I also had to request a written receipt with the statement of the 2 year warranty. Everyone that I had any contact with was very polite and accommodating.

I called Crackerjack Mud Jacking to get an estimate to have one of my front steps mud-jacked. They actually showed up early for the estimate & the number was much lower than I though it would be so I said let's do it. They were able to schedule my repair for the following Monday. The crew showed up on time & completed the work in under 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Crackerjack to anyone.

We were nota ble to use the service as we ended up taking all of the concrete out and repooring the basement.

Only quoted the amount of work that was necessary. Have not given him the go ahead. May not have worked performed until later.

They did work for us and my mother-in-law. They contacted us when they were unable to enter the back yard after they finished work in the front. They went the extra mile to solve the gate issue (it was inadvertantly locked) so that we didn't have to come home from work.

We asked Crackerjack to come look at our job based on reviews shown on Angie's List. The representative arrived on time, gave detailed information about what the job entailed, and provided a written estimate. Because of our busy calendars, we did not call back to schedule the work for about 3 weeks. Crackerjack was able to set up an appointment for the following week. The owner arrived with the workmen at the appointed time. They had estimated 1.5-2 hours for the project, but they finished the job in about 80 minutes. When finished, they cleaned up the garage and left it in great condition. And, the cost was exactly what they had quoted, less the $50 coupon that we had from Angie's List. What more can you ask for: someone who does the job perfectly for a reasonable price and leaves the area as neat as they found it.

A request for bid was answered very quickly and the job was thoroughly described. Additional areas of repair were discovered and analyzed. The bid was accepted and a time set up for repairs. The time frame for the job to be done was established between 11 am and 1 pm on the date agreed to. The two workers showed up at 11:15 and completed the work VERY nicelly.

Great service, prompt, professional and a great price. Jim gave me the estimate on Friday and did the work on Tuesday. (The long recent string of nice weather helped with scheduling it so soon).

Didn't know until the job was done that holes where the concrete was put in would show on the patio after the job was done. Was glad I had an overlay of cement going on to cover the spots. Took very little time and done professionally.

The owner came out to give the estimate, which was done in writing. We scheduled the day for the crew to come. The crew came late in the day they were scheduled, so I was getting worried, but they did make it. They drilled multiple holes in each section of concrete to be mudjacked. When drilling the porch, the noise was very loud in the house, but it didn't take very long. After the sidewalk was jacked they did a section of the driveway to match height, which was a nice extra. Clean up was messy. They used our hose hose to wash off all the equipment, which had to be done, because of the portland cement used in the mudjacking. When they left, there was some cement and small gravel in the lawn, but there really is no other place they could clean. The cost was exactly what was estimated, so there was no additional charge for the extra work performed. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I had called another company for a quote and they told me that it was impossible to mudjack my downstairs bathtub, gave me a decent quote for my front porch and sidewalk and said they would be able to do the work in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks and no word I called CrackerJack and Jim came out a few days later to give me a quote. He told me they could do the tub and was honest that it wouldn't be perfect. He was able to schedule me that week due to a cancelation but due to the storm had to move it back one day. He called with plenty of time to let me know of the 1 day delay and promised I was the first customer the next day. His team was exactly on time the next morning and Hector and the crew was professional, courteous and respectful of my home. They did the job quickly and did it very well, I am extremely happy with the results, including the tub. As a single woman I'm always a little worried that contractors may try to take advantage of my inexperience but I never had that worry with Crackerjack (the other contractor asked me 3 times if the "mister" would be making the decision!). I highly recommend them and would use them again. The quote was slightly higher but well worth it, I got what I paid for.
