 + -1 moreI was very satisfied with their work. For both the estimate and actual mud jacking the company arrived on time as scheduled. When the work was in progress they checked the floor with a level, so that water will drain out of the garage and not up against the walls. When finished they cleaned up the garage and driveway.

 + -1 moreAmazing process. From the quote to completion all went well. Work performed in late summer '17. So far the garage floor, which had settled around all the edges, has been restored thanks to the mud jacking. Company offers a warranty. Good people to work for. Only advice would be to cover or remove all your items from the garage due to the cement dust.

Description of Work: One half of our driveway had sunk just enough for me to trip on it when washing the car. In addition, there were voids under the front porch for critters to made a home in.

 + -1 moreThey never showed up!!I called them at 5:10 PM as I was leaving to and quot;canceland quot; any arrival that might occur.I asked whey they had not called me to notify me that they were not coming - and was told that the field staff do not have any information about the job they are to do (very unsettling). They have no names, no phone numbers, etc. to contact the customer if they are and quot;running lateand quot;.I spoke with 2 of their managers/foreman and made multiple phone calls to try and be sure I would get this service completed (since I had incurred the expense of taking a 1/2 day off from work) and their follow up was terrible and the foreman I spoke to at 5:10 PM was rude.I would not recommend them for this service - if you want it done. I can only assume, that their follow up is as poor as their customer service.
Description of Work: They came to bid the job for me in person. They provided me with a written estimate and the date/time for the work to be done.It was 2 weeks out at that time. They said they needed a 4 hour time frame (12-4:00 PM) for arrival and completion and so I took off work for the day determined.The day before - I called and left a message - no response.The morning of - I called again and texted also the cell phone # that I had to confirm the 4 hour window for appointment and initially no response.They called me 2 hours later to say they did not have me on their schedule but "would check".They called 30 min. later to say yes, they did have me on their schedule for arrival at 3:30-4:00. I informed them that I must leave my home at 5:00 and could they complete the job in 60-90 min. ? and I was assured that yes. they could.I sat at home and waited...

 + -1 moreThey showed up on time and did an excellent job. The estimator drew a picture on the bid of exactly where they were to drill and fill, they did just that. I had a lot of rabbit damage under my front porch and that is all fixed now. The estimator explained why they needed to drill the holes and exactly what they would do and how it would help my situation. They filled all the holes and sealed the cracks, then cleaned up after themselves. Good job!

All three men worked very hard. But there was one young man, who made sure everything was ready for Hector. He worked extremely hard. I called other companies and Crackerjack was the only place that would do everything I needed. There were three workers that came out. They were nice and professional. The three men worked like a well oiled machine. I was highly impressed with the speed and accuracy of their work. Not only did Crackerjack do the job most others couldn't, but they did it faster and cheaper. I would highly recommend this company.

Crackerjack said they could level all of it and they did. The crew worked like a well oiled machine. They were fast and new exactly what they were doing. The workers were friendly, considerate, knowledgeable, and hustled. I couldn't of been happier. Not only did they do what other companies couldn't, but they did it for less. They gave me a two year warranty. I would recommend this company for all your leveling needs. Great Job.

Technician was good at showing me that the different areas being mudjacked were not going to be exactly even due to different pour times of the original concrete before he proceeded. This process has eliminated the water I was getting in the garage.

 + -1 moreLucas and his team arrived right on time. They did a quick inspection and told me they thought they could finish in 1.5 hours instead of the estimated 2 hours. And they finished early as promised.The team was very professional. They did the job neatly and cleaned up nicely. They explained what we needed to do to allow the repairs to cure. They recommended that we regrade some of our landscaping to avoid future problems.They offer a 2 year guarantee. So if either surface sinks again they will come back to make it right.Overall this experience was so good that my wife and I wondered why we had waiting so long to get things raised back to the right level.I will recommend CrackerJack to one of my friends who needs to have his front walk raised to its original level.
Description of Work: CrackerJack mudjacked my front stoop and back porch. The front stoop and 2 sections of sidewalk needed to be raised about 2" and the back porch had to raise about 3"

 + -1 moreThey came out and they were punctual and took care of everything. The price was excellent. It has settled, so I will be calling them back and we will find out how well their warranty works, because they are supposed to come back if it is settled and fix it again. It was amazing; the guys were doing the installation of the pavers at the same time. We were kind of amazed, watching them how quickly it went and how fast they were able to do it.
Description of Work: We did use Crackerjack Mud Jacking. They drilled holes in the garage floor in areas where it has sunk, and drilled holes in the driveway where that had sunk. They put in the mud jacking compound and raised everything up to a level status again. We had an inch and a half drop between the garage floor and the driveway.
