I was happy to work with them. They were professional and quick. They were not expensive. I never had any problems with them at all. Their price and quality was good. They were very responsive.

As far as I know right now, I would use them again if needed.

They have alway been very professional. They have completed their work in a timely fashion. And alway at a reasonable cost. Their plumbers have a positive attitude and conduct themselves in a professional manner.

My 30 year old central air conditioner began making loud noises on one of the hottest days of the summer. I called Save Home Heat Co to have the system repaired but when the repair technician came to the house, he told me that the cost of my repairs would come close to the cost of a new system. Since my current a/c was so old I decided to replace it. I called Save Home that same day and a person came out that afternoon to give me an estimate. Once I decided on the model I wanted and approved the cost, they were able to install the new system within 2 days. The technicians arrived punctually, were very courteous, and explained every step of the installation to me. While working in the house, they covered my floors and carpets, removed the old equipment, installed the new, made a final check of everything, and completely cleaned up their mess before they left. They even finished in less time than they had estimated.

SaveHeat came out twice to check a duct in my crawl space that I was told was either leaking or disconnected. Despite it being the world's smallest crawlspace (their words), they climbed down there and inspected as best they could. Then they discussed other options with me, such as running a new duct. They were very honest, and told me they could do it, but that it might not help. I ended up buying a space heater because they didn't think the problem could be solved simply or inexpensively (<$500).

They were very professional. This was a visit that required them to come back out to check on things a couple of times. They came back out promptly for these visits and didn't charge any extra because of this. They were also very informative when they came out so that I knew what was going on. We would use them again in the future.

We had found out during our annual furnace inspection that our A/C unit was leaking into the furnace and had rusted out some electrical parts. We had a company fix the furnace, and they gave us an estimate for the A/C repair that was $3300. We decide to wait because of the expense. We did not use the A/C unit to avoid the leakage, but the July weather made me consult Angie's list. We called Save Home Heat and they were prompt in responding even though it was July. They gave an estimate that was much lower than the other company, and fixed the A/C unit within 2 weeks. They were competent, efficient and much less expensive!! They also did extra work-turned the unit around and put in the drainpipe.

I thought it was unusual that they had told me that my humidifier was not working as I did not know they were checking that, since it was a check for the furnace and central air. Then they did not make any more suggestions on fixing the humidifier.

I could not be happier. Three "reputable" HVAC firms said we could only do an 80% efficient furnace given the space available for the furnace. Fortunately I discovered Angie's List before surrendering to an 80% efficient furnace. Save Home Heat came in and said that it would not be a problem to install the 95% efficient furnace that we wanted. Additionally the gentleman doing the bid was loathe to sell us anything we did not need. The installer had to suggest we get a new programmable thermostat. I highly recommend Save Home Heat.

The team that worked on my house was awesome. They worked fast and did great work. They handled change requests very well. When code issues came up, they handled them quickly at no additional charge.

The technician was on time, tidy, friendly, and did not try to sell us unneeded services or products. We were quoted 99 for the summer service call, and that's what we were charged. He also gave me some tips on what to use and not use to help improve allergies and energy efficiency.

It was a young man who came that day. He was professional, worked hard, cleaned up any mess and had the work done in four hours. The new water heater works well.

Very good experience overall. The person who came to do the estimate carefully explained several options and checked the layout of the house to see if certain pipe requirements for an alternate high efficiency furnace could be met. He followed up promptly with a written emailed estimate. The two people who came and installed the furnace and hot water heater did a good job as well.

In early spring, they called to set up an appointment for the a/c checkup. In early fall they called for an appointment for the furnace/humidifier. They gave a one hour window for both appointments. They were on time the first one and called to say they were running behind on the second, but only arrived 15 minutes late. Both the person calling and the serviceman apologized. The checkups were as thorough as any I've ever had and the work done and what they found fully explained. Both servicemen were very courteous.

They were very thorough. They explain what is needed and why. We've had a problem with the upstairs not getting heated in winter or cooled in summer. The technician explained the source of the problem and a very inexpensive way to resolve it.

THEY CALLED TO TELL ME I WAS NEXT AND THEY WERE ON THERE WAY. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE NEAT, CLEAN AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN ONE TRIP. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE WITH THE SAME EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. FOR THE TIME SPENT, THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE.

SAVE HOME HEAT ADDED 7 NEW HEAT DUCTS OFF THE MAIN DUCT IN THE BASEMENT. SUPPLY PIPES WERE EXTENDED TOWARD THE OUTSIDE WALL WITH REGISTERS AT THE CEILING. THEY ALSO INSTALLED A RETURN AIR GRILL. THE EMPLOYEE DID A GREAT JOB. OUR BUILDER HAD THE MAIN DUCT AT WEIRD ANGLES SO THE WORK WAS A LITTLE MORE DIFFICULT & TIME CONSUMING.

SAVE HOME HEAT CO. RESPONDED QUICKLY TO OUR CALL, ABOUT THE FURNACE NOT WORKING AND THE SMELL OF GAS. THEY WERE FAST AND COURTEOUS. THEY ALSO HAD THE PARTS NEEDED FOR THE JOB RIGHT ON THE TRUCK.
