Description of Work: In my experience, Save Home Heat staff were professional, well prepared, and knowledgable. When our furnace problem surfaced, I telephoned over twenty providers for help. They were among the providers (only five) who responded immediately to my call. They assessed the situation when our furnace, a Bryant boiler, failed. They took immediate steps to ensure that we had heat (they gave us three space heaters to use) in the face of an on-coming spate of bad weather. Their contacts with me were timely and appropriate. In the end, I decided to use a local Wheat Ridge company for furnace replacement, but I would certainly advise others to consider Save Home Heat for their plumbing and heating needs.

Description of Work: They replaced an AC unit, repaired some furnace airflow issues from another contractors' prior installation, replaced a water heater and thermostat. I had a small gas leak on the water heater after the install due to an improper fitting but they fixed it when I called. There was an issue with the county inspection that wasn't due to their install but they fixed it after a few calls. Overall professional and prompt.

Description of Work: In the course of a routine inspections of our heating and A/C, he found a serious problem - a broken valve in the A/C - and arranged to have it fixed without losing coollant (by draining the coollant fluid first.)

Description of Work: I had a large ductless unit mounted for heating and cooling a great room. They did a beautiful job installing it. They also helped pull out and haul away a boiler system. What impressed me the most was when we moved into the home 2 weeks later. I found out that the unit was not working properly. They responded immediately. They ordered the parts, which arrived within a few days. When the parts did not fix the problem, instead of making me wait any longer they just changed the whole system to make sure we had a working system. I really appreciated the ownership of responsibility, diligence and rapidness of their response to the non-working unit. Now our unit works beautifully and we are very happy with it. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: Started with a service call for a noisy compressor. We had never been very happy with the house system and mentioned this to the service rep. He went through our entire HVAC system and discovered a number of issues. We wanted to explore replacement options. Sarah came out and gave us a detailed bid that covered a large range of options. We had several back and forth discussions, fine tuning our choices. We decided to go with a mid range option. There was no pressure for us to buy anything etc...they just responded to our requests. We scheduled an installation date. They arrived on-time and in force with 4-5 guys. They were able to swap our entire furnace, A/C and humidifier out in 1 day. Overall, I feel that the whole project went very well. I feel that they definitely knew what they were doing. I'm an engineer and I watched them, probably to the point of getting in the way, but they took the time to answer my questions and explain what was what. I would definitely recommend them to others and I would use them again in the future.
