It looks great. the drian that was in place on my basement wood floor was not adequate to capture the flow of water directed to it. Precision recommended and intalled a deep box drain that will capture the water flows without wash over. The wash over water ended up in my sub floor basement on top of my moisture barrier. Precision recommended a restore service that removed the puddles of water, then removed the saturated soils under the moisture barrier then dried them with dehumidifiers and replaced the moisture barriers. I now have a guaranteed MOLD free sub basement. I feel much better about the suspended basement wood floor.

Prompt, friendly, efficient, and excellent work. The technician who, with a co-worker, installed the furnace and hot water heater, discovered rusting in both of the original units, which, in the case of the heater could, eventually, have resulted in a gas explosion. He explained the operation of the new units thoroughly and adjusted my thermostat at my request. I have been a customer of Precision for decades, and I trust and appreciate their work unreservedly.

The faucet works beautifully. Very easy to turn on and off and the pressure is much better. The broken one was very hard to turn off completely.

Easy to schedule a timely visit. PPHC&E had to re-schedule this non-emergency visit, but that also went smoothly and we only lost a few days. Technician arrived on time, told me what to expect, completed the work in a timely manner, and was polite. I'm happy to have an annual contract with PPHC&E.

Horrendous price gouging. We agreed to the price before the work was performed because we had no other options given our time constraints. The company is clearly focused on the immediate transaction at hand, with no concern whatsoever about repeat or future business. Would never hire again, even in an emergency.

Charles showed up on time, was very polite and got the AC working again in a matter of minutes. He then explained what was wrong, discussed the age of the AC and what we could expect going forward. He also shared with us what further repairs and replacement would likely cost. He was very professional and friendly.

It took them so long that I became sick from heat stroke.

After getting Angie's List deal for plumbing services from Precision Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric, I contact them via Angie's List website on when the work could be scheduled. After 2-3 days of back and forth messages, I got a sorry for the delayed response, but after talking with management, we are not taking on any new customers at this time. Ironically, this deal was listed on Angie's List, but I did not see any asterisks noting this deal applies to existing customers only. Don't advertise deals that you cannot live up to.

Avoid Precision Plumbing. Precision Plumbing is price gouging and should be investigated. Wanted $530 for a simple kitchen drain clearing. I declined and asked them to leave. Took time off work to meet these guys at my home. Unprofessional of Precision to price in such an aggressive manner. They could have told us they don’t do drains on the phone. Plumber who visited was courteous, price was automated from an iPad. Precision should be ashamed.

Justin and Damon took on a nearly impossible job, my water heater is located in a tiny closet in my bedroom. Trying to get in was almost impossible there was such a small enclosure that the new water heater wouldn’t fit, the wall had to be expanded to get it. These two gentlemen worked miracles to get this water heater in. Besides the extremely confined space the old water heater I had was not to code for the trailer that I live in. They brought in a water heater that would meet the code for the my home. So everything had to be converted back to the correct away from the wrong way it was a nightmare for them. I thank them sincerely for the job they did they were always professional I would hire them again in a heartbeat Thank you gentlemen for doing a great job.

Tech couldn't have been nicer. Professional and willing to explain everything. Excess work was performed, however, and they tried to talk me into a 20k mainline replacement. That was three years ago and I haven't had a repeat incident. Cost is atrocious. $2,500 to replace a couple parts I later found online for $60 and $30. That's a spicy meatball for four hours of labor. Nice people, fancy vans, and good branding but when financing plans are available you know you should be leery of the costs.

Plumber was great. He was able to remove and reinstall the garbage disposals and new faucets in just over an hour. $1500 was the charge after haggling over the original quote of over $2000. Now that I compare the costs of all the electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling work they have done I realize how much I've been overcharged. Again, great techs and great service, but with a sky high price tag.

Dan Hogan was sent out around 12:00 am the same day and he set out installing a new and better humidifier for my furnace. I was impressed with his competence and professional approach to the job. I am very pleased that Precision made everything right. I am ready and willing to recommend them again. William Witmore

Excellently. Dan was punctual, professional and very present during our questions about the furnace and related matters. He confirmed that the thermostat installed a year ago wasn't functioning properly, and he went and got a new one that he installed. Clearly, he went above and beyond just showing up and checking out our furnace. My wife and I want to really thank him and would definitely recommend him (and Precision) to others.

Until today, I was a repeat customer. I will no longer use this company. I was on their schedule for yesterday, October 26, 2017. The service window was to be 2 - 5pm. I took A HALF-DAY off work to meet the service tech, no one showed up! It wasn't until I CALLED at 4:15 and talked to a gentleman and asked if I was still on the schedule being that the service window was to end in 45 minutes. The gentlemen said that the service tech got "hung up" and would not be making it out today. I expressed the fact that I'd been waiting for 3.5 hours for someone to show up and needed to have my drain cleaned. He apologized, but said sorry we can't do it today... I never received a phone call saying that they weren't going to make it out or needed to reschedule. Meanwhile, I had a clogged main line, where I couldn't use the restroom, shower or use any appliance using water (washer, dishwasher etc...). What's most disappointing about the whole situation is - when I was told they weren't going to make it out, I left a message with the "manager" stating my situation and never heard back - no message, text message, missed call...anything. It baffles me, people think it's ok to run a business like this! DO NOT USE Precision Plumbing!!

My service technician Chris Waltz was amazing. He went through the whole problem (my water heater had a computer display on it) we discussed several options and then came to the conclusion it would be less expensive just to buy a new one. Chris was very professional at all times and cleaned up the mess so well I didn't even know he was in the basement. Highly recommend.
