Mike did everything that we needed. He got our AC working again in one visit. He was excellent. He was professional. He was friendly.

Precision Plumbing technicians are courteous, show up on time, and seem good at what they do, hence 2 stars as opposed to 1. However, their pricing is ridiculous. They lure you in with a "free inspection", then charge you 500%+ markup on parts. When they stick a touch-screen in front of you to sign off on cost of the parts, and play it off like those prices are normal, and calmly assure you that the installation is "free", put the breaks on and do a quick google search. Examples: Turbo 200 Universal Capacitor: Precision Price: $563.23 Elsewhere: $95.99 AC Compressor Hard Start Kit 2-5 Ton: Precision Price: $702.00 Elsewhere: $26.99 The technician spend 1.5 hours here total, including initial assessment and installation of the parts. That equates to a labor rate of $761.50 per hour. I don't mind paying someone for their expertise, but that is outrageous. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

Will installed our new furnace but there were some problems due to manufacturing errors. He was very dogged about finding the cure and extremely conscientious.

Levi gave us a very thorough plumbing inspection, finding a few minor items that we can remedy. He is very personable and professional.

Jeff from Precision is fantastic- very friendly and skilled, and was able to get our furnace up and running in under an hour with a new gas valve installation. Highly recommended for any HVAC needs!

As it turned out I only needed new batteries , 6-C and 6-AAA batteries way underneath the sink in a box. I know! I felt like an idiot! But with my back I could not have bent down to figure that out and didn’t remember the batteries even existed! So it was still good they came.

Diagnosis yes, on a Saturday evening. Did not have parts to replace blower motor. Recommends considering replacement of entire system, but info on options not available until Monday or Tuesday.

Great, didn't have the parts so went and bought parts and installed in no time.

All smooth. I use Precision for all my A/C and heating (complex, In-floor). They aren't the cheapest but they always do it right and are on time. The techs know my house.

Ryan and his crew did an amazing job. Highly recommended. Consider precision for all of your HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs. We have used them for all of them and they are fantastic.

Andre Chappell is a consummate professional: intelligent, punctual, technically astute, thoughtful, courteous and thorough. He not only checked out our AC but also gave us an excellent education on the management and care of our unit. Andre is our first introduction to Precision Plumbing & Heating. He’s an excellent representative of the company. On the basis of our experience we will definitely recommend Precision and we will call again when our HVAC equipment needs maintenance or replacement.

Patrick as awesome!!! I tried to replace the fill valve myself and couldn't budge the bolt underneath the tank. Not only did Patrick install my fill valve also replaced the flap and the intake hose. Toilet is the best it has ever been.

Charles with Precision Plumbing and Heating came out on Monday to check out our old, like really old, heating/air conditioning sysytem. It was going to have to be replaced. No surprise there. He offered several different systens to choose from and we picked one. Amazingly, it could be installed the following day (Tuesday). Charles came back the next day with Antonio and they replace it. Job was done in such a professional and clean manner. I very highly reccomend Precision!!

Eric was extremely thorough and showed me how to change my humidifier filter myself as requested. He spent an hour going through my heating system.

It looks great. the drian that was in place on my basement wood floor was not adequate to capture the flow of water directed to it. Precision recommended and intalled a deep box drain that will capture the water flows without wash over. The wash over water ended up in my sub floor basement on top of my moisture barrier. Precision recommended a restore service that removed the puddles of water, then removed the saturated soils under the moisture barrier then dried them with dehumidifiers and replaced the moisture barriers. I now have a guaranteed MOLD free sub basement. I feel much better about the suspended basement wood floor.
