They came out to give me a quote to replace those two systems. They quoted me for 25000 which seemed completely ridiculous to me, so I didn't end up using them.

Really addressed the choices we had with new toilet installations vs. fixing the toilet problems. Replaced our old toilets with two Toto toilets with high rise seats....we are getting older and have surgeries where a higher seat is welcomed. We were remodeling a work room off the garage and installing a storage closet system. The plumbing was in a bad location and from 1976. Precision helped us with the storage system design and move the pipes and added turn-off valves for our utility sink location. Precision's work is guaranteed for one-year. No complaints from us. Precision provides a great timely service with excellent plumbers.

My experience with them was very good. They were on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. They were neat, clean and professional. I would recommend them and use them again.

Great! I submitted a request via their website and booked the appointment via email. The person arrived right on time and after putting on his booties to keep our carpet clean, he hauled his equipment (also clean) down to the basement and went to work. Within 30 minutes or so he had it running fine, but took the time to test all other drains to make sure it didn't back up again. He cleaned up, put the booties back on and left without leaving anything behind but a clean drain. I was very happy to have this problem solved so quickly and easily (for me anyway).

Work was done by 2 technicians in one day. They were neat and knowledgeable. My sense was that the initial evaluation of the system that was required for my house using the J manual was very appropriate. I felt confident that the system offered was right. Initially I needed to replace a 17 year AC compressor that died and after I decided to replace the AC I went ahead and replaced the furnace of the same age that had given me problems the last few heating seasons.

Two days before Precision Plumbing had been in the utility closet to check on the floor drain for the air conditioner evaporator. Two days after they left the hot water heater high pressure valve opened. I was out of town so my wife called the Precision Plumbing. They said that the valve had opened due to the fact that the water heater was set on HIGH. Without providing an estimate he decided that the valve needed replacing. He replaced a $30 valve and spent 40 minutes and charged $325. I talked to him on the phone about the high price and asked the itemization between parts and labor. I was informed that they don't itemize parts and labor.

I thought their price structure is very reasonable and they are very responsive to my needs. They are really a good company and do very thorough work. I am very happy with them and highly recommend them.

Excellent. We were so impressed we bought an annual maintenance contract for them to take care of the air conditioner and furnace. The price is a little high, but we've tried the competition, and it's worth it!

Competent, but they took advantage of the service call to up-sell me a very expensive new toilet. I was too busy to argue (kids, 2 jobs, wife works full time). They also tried to sell a "service partner" plan at $200 plus per year. Still looking for a plumber I can trust...!

They were prompt, efficient. They provided extremely good service! I've been out heat since before Christmas, and they provided 3 space heaters for me until they were able to bring me the new furnace! Exceptional service!

They arrived promptly, were courteous and polite. However once the plumber looked at the sink and I told him that I wanted the faucet replaced. He showed me an estimate that fell just over $1000.00. This was just for a hours worth of work to the sink which was fixed with a visit to a local home improvement store. I have used them in the past and had excellent results. Which I know now were enormously over priced. I was also offered a pathetic service option for some ugly price which to me was an insult in the making. I also had to pay them approx. $50 just to show up and tell me what I was going to have to spend in the future.

Hired Precison on my building inspector's recommendation. Precision responded to my requested inspection in a very timely manner. The plumber showed up as promised and on time. The plumber looked into a hole in the ceiling drywall to see if the shower pan had been fixed correctly. He took 20 minutes to verify it had been fixed correctly. He did not use a flashlight to look into the hole in the ceiling where the drain is located. I was shocked to get a bill for 168 dollars for this 20 minute inspection. This was 3 times the price I was told to expect on the phone. I emailed the supervisor of the company and Precision did refund over 100 dollars. I really do believe Precision cares about their customers and wants to satisfy them. They made this situation come out satisfactory for me - I just don't need the stress to start with.

They were available earlier than estimated. Polite, courteous, professional. So far (7 days in) their work is holding up great. High quality parts used for repairs. They admitted that they were the most expense in the area but that they also provide a 1 year warranty on work and say they are worth the $$ (of course). Didn't like having a service agreement pushed on me during the consultation ($20/month for services; not worth it in our newer home, maybe not even in an older home).

The plumber was professional and completed the work requested. A portion of the water supply line into the tank was also replaced. The cost was very high for a standard job.

LOUSY! The original valve worked as it was designed to, but we had no choice, as we were selling the townhouse where the work was performed. They made a huge mess of the tile removal, and required considerably more work to be done to replace the tile after the fact. I will NEVER hire precision to do any work for me in the future.

The workman was very courteous and prompt. The work was done in a timely matter and the workman cleaned after he was finished. I was disappointed that the fan did not directly vent to the outside. He explained that venting into the attic was all that was required by code. I am still having second thoughts about not having it vent to the outside.

Very positive. They arrived on time and completed the task within schedule. The work required them to remove a small amount of drywall behind the shower head. They did so carefully and in such a way that we could easily repair it.

Precision will call us to set a convenient time for the boiler and NG furnace check twice a year. Likewise, they will come to service the A/C on a set schedule. Very friendly service

They had to send a second set of plumbers due to the very small work area that existed. Once the proper sized plumbers were on the scene, the work was soon completed.

Call taker on phone was very friendly and scheduled the appointment at my convenience. Technician arrived at time stated and quickly determined the problem. He was very friendly and explained the situation and all options available. We would use this company again.

They are easy to call, but they don't always pick up the phone. Once they call back, they are very helpful, but their prices tend to be high if you compare them with other smaller heating and plumbing repair companies. They are efficient, but they don't have much room to change prices as they each have a notebook with all the set prices for the repairs written down. So sometimes they charge more for a smaller job. All the repairmen have been helpful and efficient.

The job took about 12 man-hours to complete. They originally got the wrong heater, and had to bring it back and 'find' another one in town. They were polite and neat. They came back a few days later to change the temperature of the water for me. This was a case where the typical flat-fee pricing paid off for us.

THEY CAME OUT AND TOLD MY HUSBAND WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS IMMEDIATELY. THE WORKER THEN WENT OUT TO HIS VEHICLE AND GOT THE TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT HE NEEDED AND IN SHORT TIME REPAIRED OUR SHOWER.

THE INDIVIDUAL WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME. I DID THINK THE PRICE SEEMED HIGH BUT POSSIBLY THE COST OF THE BACKFLOW PREVENTER WAS THE REASON.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WHOLE COMPANY. EVERYONE, FROM THE OPERATORS TO THE TECHNICIAN WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY CAME OUT THE DAY WE CALLED, INFORMED ME BY PHONE WHEN THEY WERE READY TO COME BY, AND CARRIED THE PART IN THE TRUCK WITH THEM. THEY HAD THE PROBLEM DIAGNOSED AND FIXED WITHIN AN HOUR.
