Description of Work: Excellent service installing several new energy efficient windows. Good company to work with and although pricey, you pay for what you get!

Description of Work: Put in windows in master bedroom and bath. They were 3 pane windows instead of two pane. Very expensive. But the room faces west so I wanted something that would withstand the elements. Not sure if they were worth the money since I didn't blow in insulation. But the windows are nice and sturdy. I did not find the men that worked in customer service pleasant.

Description of Work: I just think they did a great job and I am very pleased. The salesperson was super unlike the cantankerous fellow from one of their competitors. Wow, Ameritech really delivered. The quality of their windows seemed much better than the others I looked at and they sure look great. The entire installation team was terrific and they did great work. Overall, a winning experience for me and my home

Description of Work: Based on this company's marketing tactics alone I would avoid this company at all costs. An individual representing the company came door-to-door asking if I was interested in obtaining an estimate for their e-shield "insulation" product. The product seemed intriguing but I was not interested in receiving an estimate until later even though the representative was very insistent on setting something up the very next day (a Saturday). I gave the Representative my contact information and said to call sometime later to set up an appointment. A week later somebody from the company called and left a message to confirm an appointment to receive an estimate on Saturday at 2:00. I called the company back and inquired about the message and supposed appointment. I stated that I never set up an appointment; they claimed that my wife set up the appointment which was an absolute lie. No, this company did not perform any services on my home but based on their gorilla marketing tactics I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Description of Work: I cannot say enough good things about this company. I ordered windows for them in 2007. It was shocking how much better the windows are then many of my neighbors. I liked them so much that a couple years later I ordered doors and insulation from them. I went with the triple pane windows and the Eshield product. My energy bills lowered for $478 per month down to $210. I have more than made up for the cost. The installation was so professional and the fact that they use their own installers and not sub contractors was a huge deal for me. DON'T GO CHEAP. These guys are worth every penny
