"Took 4 hours for a simple dryer heating element replacement and the thermostats in the dryer. Dryer was already apart and I supplied all parts. The charge was by the hour. Should have taken a professional an hour max. The other repair was shower handles, this only took 2 hours and seemed fair, but after about 9 months the install FAILED and I had to have someone else fix what should have been fixed the first time. The professional that had to fix the shoddy work this company did showed me exactly where and how the shower faucets installed were done incorrectly the first time. The appointments to get the work completed were very short notice and next day including around a holiday, which at the time I thought was pretty amazing."
