Our furnace started making some grinding noises so we called IMS who installed our HVAC with our new construction last summer. We called the off hours emergency number and they sent out Jordan who did a quick and professional job. It was all covered under the warranty and the whole system sounds quieter. Jordan called before he arrived and showed up on time. He was very polite and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it.

They were prompt, the fellow knew exactly what was going on and he was able to clarify what it was within five minutes. The only things that we had to wait for them was to come to the next day. It was a cold snap and apparently many of my neighbors also had to wait because two of the people I know was in a couple of blocks area. They were fine. Their ad did say 'Come out for same day service' and they couldn't provide that and I called them in the morning but I certainly understood that they had other people ahead of me.They couldn't do it and they were upfront about it and they were very nice about it. We set up an appointment, got things taken care of and they were very prompt when they came.

They came into our home and covered their shoes not to track anything in. They let us know what they were going to do and had us show them a tour of the house so they knew where they needed to clean. They set out rugs on top of our hardwood floor so they wouldn't scratch or mark it and brought in all of their equipment. They cleaned all of our vents and the covers exceptionally they looked brand new and it took the smell of built up dust and dirt out of the air. After they were finished they let us know of an issue we had on our furnace that we didn't know existed and wrote us up a quote of the cost right then and there so we wouldn't have to schedule a different appointment. After they were finished they vacuumed up the floors and made sure they were clean. I was very pleased and could definitely tell the difference in the house it smells cleaner and had better air flow.

The estimate process was quick and easy. They were much cheaper than the rest of the estimates. I was expecting a lower level of service for the price and was pleasantly surprised by the installers. They were courteous and respectful of our house. They wore booties any time they had to walk across the carpet and cleaned the basement floor of all debris when they finished. There was a problem with the wiring and breaker size but the electrician returned early the next day to remedy the situation. Everyone I had contact with was honest, upfront and a pleasure to do business with. I have recommended this company to two family members since the installation.

The process was smooth and they were very professional . The installers were so nice and explained everything and even addressed some filter concerns we had. Would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them highly.

Work done was fantastic. My A/C has never worked better even when the house was new. The original builder over-sized the A/C and thus it never cooled correctly. I went from a larger unit down to a smaller one and now the house cools down much better than before. The price was very fair and IMS Heating also honored the Angie's List coupon. Our 16 year old furnace stopped working just before the snowstorm at the end of February. For a couple days while we got estimates from a few companies, we heated the house using the stove and a space heater. We decided to go with a 80% efficient 2 stage furnace and have new A/C installed while they were at it. IMS had the best price for complete furnace replacement and addition of new A/C, air filter and humidifier. They made an extra effort to get the unit in and running before the snowstorm hit. It's worked great since. Now it's getting hot out and the A/C made it's first appearance yesterday. Also working great. They were professional and patient with answering my questions and I recommend them highly.

Our house was built in 2006 and they have worked on and maintained the system as needed. Their service is very prompt, they did a thorough and excellent job. Their prices were also very fair.

IMS did an outstanding job on the HVAC system installation in our new house in the mountains. Their estimator was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and they provided me with a detailed bid that showed the price breakout for all of the components of the system. Their installation crew arrived as scheduled with all of the materials needed to get the work done quickly and efficiently. I was on-site during the installation, and their Crew Lead did a great job of working with me to route the ducts exactly where I wanted them to go. But what was most impressive was the quality of the work. All of the duct work was extremely well formed and was completely sealed with mastic throughout. Their crew was courteous, competent, and professional, and they incorporated some changes to the original design seemlessly. Many friends and several of the other subcontractors that worked on the house commented on the high quality of their work. Of special note, I had originally planned to go with a different contractor (prior to getting a bid from IMS) until I requested a detailed quote from that contractor and found that they had marked up the furnace by 100% above retail price. I can understand a little mark up to handle the order and delivery of the furnace to the job site, but 100% was just plain ridiculous. Rather than marking up the price on the furnace, IMS provided the furnace to me at a discount to the retail price, and the rest of their bid was very reasonable as well. This saved me almost $2000 when compared to the other contractor's bid. Do your homework and request detailed bids from multiple contractors and you will find that IMS is your best choice. Just in case you're wondering, I have no affiliation with IMS nor with any of its employees. I'm just glad to have found an HVAC contractor that did such a great job at a fair price, and I wanted to share my experience with others. I recommend them without reservation because they performed such high quality work and provided the best overall value of all of the subcontractors we worked with during the construction of our house.

One of the owners came to my house, inspected and provided a pdf file bid in a very timely manner. I returned the bid and work started on time, was completed on time and all went as discussed. THe same effort went into our central humidifier and all went well. IMS is great to work with.
