Beware!! They quoted me one price but once they got there and I called their office the lady said it would be more. Then after multiple calls while they kept changing their story they refused to give me my full deposit back until they received a refund for the permit. I will absolutely never use this company. It was the biggest headache ever.

The serviceman arrived early following a phone call to ensure he could arrive early; professional and the work was performed in a timely manner. A major part was needed for increased efficiency. He informed us of the part & price. Friendly, competent service. Cleaned up after himself. Good job!

Awesome! It was done in several phases. Any speed bumps were more than compensated for with utmost professionalism. They took fantastic care of us. I would highly recommend them. Even while doing a lot of cooking and it's being 95 out it feels fantastic in here! They were very courteous and answered all of our questions.

They were very prompt, very professional, friendly, polite, careful of the carpeting (wore booties over their shoes), cleaned up after themselves (removed all old pipes and swept up when job was complete). Finished worked in timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone!

PRICE GOUGING!!!! The service tech confirmed that our capacitor had gone bad and pulled it to replace. We had weather in the 90's over the weekend and it was supposed to hit 100. He said they only had "universal" capacitors available for such jobs and it would cost $280 for the capacitor itself. We were stuck between a rock and a hard place, as by the time he showed up, it was in the afternoon and the house was unbearably hot. I have since looked up that universal capacitor and the price is $50-70 on Amazon (MARS 1220 Turbo 200). Now I expect companies like this to double the price of an item, as they are providing a service to have the part on hand. But over a 4x markup is extremely GREEDY in my book!!! The tech even said "it's supply and demand". In my book, that's just pain price gouging and taking advantage of the situation. I would NEVER use this company again and advise anyone reading this to NEVER use them!!! The bill came out as follows: $280.00 for the capacitor, $109.00 for the service call, $80.00 for servicing the unit...for a total of $469.00. Had I not had him service the unit, he would have been in and out of the house in 15-20 minutes.

The young technician's name was Jordan, if I saw it on his shirt correctly. I don't remember if he introduced himself. That should be a given. I don't think he did though. He had to work in my small crawlspace and did not make a peep of complaint. He was very polite and pleasant. I watched him work the entire time. He talked me through what he was doing and why he was doing it. It was very interesting. The entire process from contact to service to price was very satisfactory. It is nice to have something done at my home and feel like a good job was done. This is often not the case. Thanks IMS and Jordan!

The B for responsiveness is because the job was scheduled through Angie's List and IMS took a while to respond, saying they weren't getting Angie's List emails. That's probably more on Angie's List than IMS, though. Once the job was scheduled, they arrived on time and were polite and professional. I'd use them again.

Furnace technician showed up right on time and did an excellent job. I'd use them again.

I wasn't here during the service, but my partner said the person who came was excellent and explained what he did to the furnace.

The company did the maintenance I paid for but while doing the service came up with a list of items that needed to be replaced on the furnace. They gave me a price for the service and asked for a deposit which I paid. I then asked another company to give me a second opinion and the second companies estimate was dramatically lower, less than half including labor and parts. I requested a break down for the service from IMS and they declined to give me a break down and sent me a check for my deposit back.

Furnace got the OK after the new part installed. A thorough checklilst was provided to us.

The service was fine. There were no problems scheduling the actual appointment for them to come out. I was very pleased. They did it in a timely manner.

While utilizing the $69 furnace cleaning deal on the home I just purchased the tech told me I needed a new furnace, as there was a hole in mine. He laid out a few options and then had the office call to discuss financing options. We got a great deal, they had no issues getting the furnace into the crawl space and even swept up after themselves. They explained the new digital thermostat and how often to change the filter. They are a great company, I would highly recommend them to any one!
