His was by far the most reasonable price with quality workmanship. The job was done on our schedule and in only two days.

Stephan is a pleasure to work with. He is a hard worker and takes pride in his craft. He communicates well, is flexible and did a beautiful job sanding and staining my deck and front porch. I appreciated his detailed estimate which was honored as quoted. The quality of his work exceeded my best expectations. It is a pleasure to recommend him for deck work.

Had several small issues with this contractor which I initially chose to overlook however upon further inspection found the overall quality of his work to be wanting. Had to replace a couple of boards on the deck railing and did a very shoddy job of aligning the joints. Asked him to return and redo the joint work with sanding to align the joints and caulking, and second attempt to fix the work lead to a worse outcome. Had to constantly call Stephan and was given multiple excuses for his lack of calling to schedule the project as well as the repairs. Painting was more than suboptimal with multiple skipped areas found during walk around. Does not appear to take pride in his work, nor offer quality results. Had to go to hardware store on several occasions to pick up supplies as Stephan either had no money for supplies or cited time constraints due to other jobs. Would not recommend this contractor for any sort of project.

Stephon did an awesome job cleaning and staining my deck. It looks like new. I will call them for any future projects at my house.

Stephan is meticulous to detail and listened to all my concerns about my patio concrete repair, power wash, stain, seal. He worked exactly within my budget and did a fabulous job with a smile. He was a joy to work with and I highly recommend his company.

Mitch did a fabulous job on my deck! It looks great! He had to reset all the screws and sand down the deck before he washed and sealed it. But he took his time instead of flying thru the job, and I'm so grateful! I will definitely have him back for other jobs I need to have done!!

Stephan was the type of contractor everyone likes to have. He answered his phone, returned messages, showed up when he said he would. We needed our fence stained. He cleaned, sealed and stained our fence. The product he recommended was superior to what we were originally going to use. The work was completed over two days time and looks great. Since Stephan is a general contractor, I will definitely use him in the future- for more than fence work.

Stephan was great to work with. He never hesitated to resolve issues that were not in the initial bid (rotting wood) and got our deck cleaned, sanded and stained in three days. I highly, highly recommend him.

The only reason for 4.5 on work quality is because I'll see the quality in 5 years. Looks good and fixed steps too.

Stephan was prompt with his proposal, scheduling and work performance. Very hard working and professional. The deck looks almost new (18 yrs old) just like he said it would. I would definitley use him again in the future.

Stephan was always on-time, pleasant, very knowledgeable. He had to be flexible because of snow but was still able to complete the project on time and on budget with no surprises. The deck looks great, and he has promised to fix it if it doesn't weather winter well.
