This was my second time using Scott, and it was just as great as the first time. This guy really knows what he is doing, and will not stop until its done right. Scott and his helper, Alex, are just great people to work with. They arrive when they say they will, or let you know why they can't. They get the job done quickly and really, really well. I told them at the end of this job, I wasn't going to start creating plumbing problems just so I could have them come over, but they are THAT good. Oh, and very reasonable. You WILL NOT regret giving Scott a call.

Out of three companies we contacted, Scott was the only one who called back. He came out the very next morning to check the leak and make the repair. His work was very professional and I would not hesitate to call him to do other plumbing work for me.

Scott came out to our house on a Saturday with his assistant, reviewed all of the problems, assessed the work that was needed, and gave us an estimate for all of the work. There was no charge for getting the estimate. We had lifetime warranties on most of the parts, and had to order the parts plus buy a new faucet. Scott came out a few days after the parts arrived and made all of the repairs. He was prompt, all of the work was done professionally, the cost was very reasonable, and all of the work was done correctly in a single trip. We would hire him again in a second.

I called Scott after I received an estimate for $859.00 (which took my breath in a bad way) from another bigger company to install a garbage disposal, set a kitchen sink, install a new faucet and install a dishwasher. Even the guy from the other company said I could probably find someone to do the work for less, but this was after he suggested I purchase a membership to the company that he worked for. When I called Scott the first time I left a message and he called me back right away. He was on vacation, but he was willing to talk about what needed to be done anyway. He said he would call me when he got back into town. He did!!... and we set a date for July 20th. He came out, gave me the estimate for $440.00 (hallelujah!) and set the sink, installed the faucet and garbage disposal, but there were problems with the electrical outlets (as in, there wasn't one under the sink) so there was electrical work to be done separately. I paid him $340.00 and he wrote on the receipt the other $100.00 would be paid when he came to install the dishwasher. When the electrical was done, I called him back. He came out, installed the dishwasher and true to his word, the balance I owed him was $100.00. He showed up and he showed up when he said he would. This is a rarity here in Aurora. He had the work done in the time he said he would. He didn't try to talk me into any thing I didn't need or want which is something I have also found happens alot here. There was no mess for me to clean up after he left. I will definitely use him exclusively for the upcoming plumbing upgrades planned for my house.

It went GREAT! Scott is just a pleasure to work with. Gets the job done, without mess and bother; and makes sure it really does address the problem you thought you had. In my case it didn't and Scott was fantastic in sticking around and helping me figure out just what was going on with a tankless hot water heater. He helped me get in contact with manufacturer's support line, and called a friend of his who works with tankless heaters. He had to move onto the next job, but kept in touch over the phone until we got the problem worked out. I felt like I gained an interested friend as well as a skilled plumbing contact for the future. I highly, highly recommend Scott.

First, I want to thank Scott for being the honest plumber he is that will only do the work you need done at a fair price. This is the second time I used him and both times he saved us from spending an awful lot more money than we had to spend. OK, with that out of the way, here are the details of our misadventure with the shower handle: Our shower handle broke and was not fixable. I went online to buy a replacement for our Moen valve, and thought I got the correct one -- it looked identical from the outside -- but the inner part that connected with the valve stem was very different, so I could not attach it to the valve stem. I went to a plumbing supply store to see if they could help. I got bad advice there (I later found out) -- they told me that they don't have any other handle for my faucet, and I would have to replace the entire valve--stem and body-- (which requires cutting and soldering pipes behind the wall, probably dry wall work, etc. I purchased the replacement valve that went with the replacement handle I already bought (none of these parts were cheap, by the way). I call Scott to have him replace the valve. He comes in and in 5 minutes he shows me how to remove the adapter that was screwed in to the existing valve body so that the new valve handle could fit on the body. He charged me $80 for the visit and was out the door in 15 minutes. I would never have been the wiser if he chose to do the work I actually asked him to do.

This guy does a great job, showed up same day, literally an hour after I called. Was helpful and explained the issues and what needed to be fixed, and got the work done within an hour. I'm not going to bother trying to fix plumbing stuff DIY ever again, I'll call Scott.

Scott answered phone and was at my door within the hour. He was very polite and professional, the work was done, he cleaned up his mess. I will use him again!

We called at noon, and Scott was at our house within an hour after finishing his lunch. We showed him the leak on our outdoor sprinkler piping. He disassembled the valve and put it back in since the prior sprinkler company that we used did not assemble the valve properly after blowing out our sprinklers. He charged us a service fee since no parts were needed. He explained in detail how the system works and things to watch out for and step by step instructions for future. He made sure to tell us that if there were any more problems to give him a call and he would come back out. We will be using him for future renovations and when we finish our basement. Hope that this helps everyone!

Scott was able to fit me in for same-day service and provided great communication regarding appointment time, cost, and description of the necessary work. He worked efficiently, completed the work in the quoted time frame, and charged exactly what he initially bid for the job. Scott did such a great job that I intend to rehire him for my next (much larger) plumbing project too.

Scott was very responsive and diligent finding the problem and replaced the PRV also the faucet was not originally called in for but he spent the time to fix our issues and stayed with the repair until it was fixed to everyone satisfaction with extreme professional, was prompt when he said he will be here he was even a little early which was greatly appreciated. His prices are very reasonable. We will definitely contact him for any of future plumbing needs and would whole heartily recommend his services to anyone needing a fair and dependable true craftsman which is getting more difficult to find.

Scott was very prompt and extremely responsive. He was able to quickly identify what was needed and was efficient in his work.

Great- he came on Memorial day, found the crack, got us a new Garbage Disposal, and replaced it all within an hour.

Scott did everything that he promised to do, was always on time, always prepared and ready to get the job done. His work was immaculate and level of service tremendous.

Scott arrived on time at 9 am, prepared with all the tools necessary to complete the job. It was done in no time. This was my second experience with Scott Plumbing and it was also positive.

We found Scott through a neighborhood referral. We needed to have our kitchen faucet replaced. However, the job was bigger than usual because the hot and cold shut offs were stuck in the "open" position. Further, the nuts which were holding the existing faucet in place were so rusted and corroded, that it was a battle just getting it off the sink. Although it seemed like Scott was already pretty busy, he made a spot in his schedule to take care of us. He showed up early and took care of our project in short order, without any disruption or surprises. It is rare (for me) that a service experience goes so well.
