Not good. I had my kitchen remodeled. The contractor we hired to demo the old cabinets and install the new used Scott Plumbing (their partner) for the plumbing demo. After the cabinets were installed, the cabinet installer referred Scott Plumbing to do the new under the sink plumbing which included connecting the new faucet, dishwasher and refrigerator. When I contacted Scott to find out if he was interested in doing the job, I clearly explained the scope. At that time, Scott sounded professional, so I hired him. When Scott came to my home to do the job, he seemed to be in a very bad mood and in a hurry. After he told me he was done with the job, he invoiced me and without inspecting, I paid him. I just wanted him to leave my house. After he left, I noticed he missed a major item that was part of the scope. When I contacted him to tell him what he missed, he was angry and totally disagreed. He told me he would not come back without charging me for the item he missed. He was very firm and did not mention wanting to make things right. I was disappointed because I was willing to meet him half ways. Scott's response did not surprise me. From the time Scott arrived at my home. he was totally unprofessional. He acted angry and I could tell anything would set him off. I really think Scott feels he's doing the customer a favor. I will never hire or refer Scott Plumbing again.

The owner of this company made us waste a week of time trying to get back into our house after a fire. I called last minute and was very grateful that Scott could come do a test for us the next day. Two other companies were scheduled to come out after to perform their tests once he was done. Scott was very rude to begin with, but I needed this test done ASAP. He canceled on me at 930pm via text the night before the test. He told me he had two openings on Saturday that he could do the test. I cancelled the other two company inspections and rescheduled everything. I asked for one of the two times he said he could do, but he told me he can't do that because he normally doesn't even work weekends. I had told him where we lived the first time we had talked. The morning of the new test. He called and was EXTREMELY RUDE about what cross streets were closest to my house. He spoke to me like I was a child when I was telling him. It was bad. When he finally realized where I lived he was very agitated and said he didn't know that. He was ****** because it was so far for him. He drove to my house, met my husband, and said he was there to install some lady's sink...???...he said he can't do the test we needed because he had not paid for his certification to do it. My husband and I think he was drunk or hung over. He left, ****** because he drove a long way for nothing. I told my contractor that I never want Scott near my house again. My contractor said he will never do business with Scott again either. All of what I have said is in text messages between Scott, myself, my husband and my contractor. If I could give negative stars I would. It would be a negative to infinity because this man is so volatile and inept. Go find someone else. This man does not deserve anyone's business.

Very professional in all aspect of their job. Professional work and behavior on both gentlemen. I would give them an A +++ If I could.

Scott is a complete professional who communicates well and provides great service in a timely manner. I called Scott as the plumber I have used in the past was booking a month out for non emergencies! I am so glad I reached out to Scott as he was at my house to do the work within a couple of days and he also was not afraid to give me a ballpark estimate as to the price of the work to be performed. Scott showed up on time, and not only replaced our toilet but found the reason the old toilet was leaking and fixed that minor issue without changing his original quote. He also replaced the water supply valves in multiple bathrooms as they were so corroded that you could barely turn off the water. I also had Scott replace our main water shut off to the house which was getting old and worrysome. I will hire Scott for all future plumbing needs.

This is the second time I have used Scott Plumbing. Nothing but great things to say about both experiences. They are responsive, helpful, and really focused on customer satisfaction. For this small job, they really went the extra mile to get to it as soon as possible. The job was done quickly, cleanly, and pleasantly. Just a great company to deal with. Scott, the owner, and Chris, his associate are just pure professionals. I highly recommend using Scott Plumbing.

Hates women and doubled his fee without notice.

Scott did a great job installing a new water shut off valve for our sprinkler system. He also did work on the drain in one of our bathrooms. His work is great and he does it right the first time. There was a little confusion about the appointment days and I did have to text him a reminder.

We have used Scott Long’s services twice this past year. He is personable, knowledgeable and honest. He works quickly and neatly, and his charges are very reasonable. We will use him exclusively for all our future plumbing needs.

He suggested access panels to avoid future cutting into ceiling of basement. This also saved me from having to repair dry wall and looks fine. Good communication and was able to fit me in earlier than originally planned.

I've used Scott a couple times before and he always does good work. He comes out right when you call and his prices are extremely reasonable. He's always professional too. I found him on Angie's List and plan on using him for any future plumbing needs.

Better than expected. We call Scott whenever we have a plumbing. He literally rescued us from a water Heater issue and didn't try to take advantage of the situation but was honest and very reasonable with price. We did not have to replace the whole water heater thanks to him. He is no frills, get the job done and at a reason price while earning your trust with his honesty. Scott was empathetic about the urgency and accommodated us during a very stressful event. Thank you Scott! I forgot to write up something as it was a few years ago, but left a message because we need your help again.

Everything went well! We called him late in the afternoon on Saturday, and he was in first thing on Sunday morning. Got everything done, (including a trip to the store), in less than two hours.

I don't know what this guys doing on Angie's list totally wrong

Scott answered his phone and was able to come over immediately to take care of the issues. He was very friendly and knew what he had to do. Lastly he was very reasonable with his prices!!!

Scott was quick to respond to the initial inquiry, ordered exactly what we wanted before even coming in, removed the old toilet, fixed an issue we didn't even know we had, and installed the new toilet. Everything was done on time and on budget. We definitely will call Scott again if/when we need anymore work done.

Scott showed up at my house 10 minutes before he was supposed to be there and then called me to ensure that it was ok that he was there early and this all was on a saturday in which he did not charge me overtime. He worked quickly, was polite and professional.

I know him because he lives in my neighborhood. He's a good guy. He tries his best to do a good job. He is the first one I can think of. I could probably take my chances on finding somebody to do some things cheaper but I have to worry about the quality of the work.

Scott quoted his price for the job I needed done (new garbage disposal/install) over the phone. He arrived about an hour later, quickly and skillfully installed a new disposal at his quoted price. Very helpful and answered all my questions. Use Scott for all non emergency needs....you won't be disappointed.

Everything went terrific with the replacement of the leaking shutoff valve. The repairs were quick and the problem was resolved in short order. Very happy with the service provided from Scott Plumbing.

I called Scott because my Moen Faucet was leaking. ?He identified the problem over the phone and told me how to fix it. ?He could have come out and charged me a trip charge and more, but he didn't. ?I think this is great service. ?Thank you so much!

Scott had another job that day, and he called me back, and came to my house that day. He really did a great job. We really needed the help and he was able to take care of it right away.

They installed a new kitchen sink, faucet, and the plumbing. He also repaired a leak in our plumbing and installed a new faucet upstairs in a bathroom.?
