My Remote Repair

He was unable to remove the virus I originally hired him for him for. Since I had already prepaid for the service he did some work on my friends computer, again...the remote repair attempted didn't work. I don't think it was his fault, I just think some computer repairs can't be done remotely. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. I probably shouldn't have gone for the prepaid "Angie's List Special" without talking to him first to see what could or couldn't ne done remotely.

after spending a reasonable amount of time trying to remotely clean and fin=x my son's laptop it was mutally decided that this refurbished product was not worth the effort and cost. I have worked with the provider before an he spent a lot of time and effort helping us out successflly

However, the clean up of my computer did not improve the performance at all.

The service provided was easy and results were as needed. Excellent follow thru and helped with additional computer features to improve efficiency and security. Highly recommend.

Gary was my technician. He worked to get my computed to accept the remote connection for some time. He then addressed my issues quickly and efficiently. He also offered to reset my Windows 8 settings to function like the Windows 7 i liked. A professional and helpful tech. Thanks Gary.

This man is the epitomy of professionalism. What a pleasure to deal with. Did a great job getting rid of a computer virus that we had. Highly recommended.

We spent over 3 hours on the telephone. In the end, the printer was not reinstalled. The printer is fairly new, and I hoped this person could get it up and running. He tried, just was unable get it reinstalled.

I spoke with Gary Robinson today, after explaining what I needed, we agreed the problem is with the telephone service provider and not my wireless printer.

Last night I accidentally downloaded some malware. I tried fixing it myself by installing a malware blocker and cleaner, but that made things worse. I tried to do a system restore, but that didn't help. I called a few vendors that I found on Angie's List. The first couldn't get to me until tomorrow, but Garry called me back within half hour of leaving a message and he jumped right in and started fixing things. I was able to go do other things while he was working and then he called me back when he was done. He made sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction, which required a few more things and only then did he have me purchase the $49 Deal Coupon to pay for the service. The whole thing took just over an hour (the other company said it would need 2-3 hours). All in all I extremely relieved and very satisfied. Thank you Garry!!!

Computer is up an running like new

He called and asked the problem details. He started the work 2 days later and was in constant contact as he worked to fix the problem. If I couldn't be there to work with him on the computer, he'd have me call when I had time to work on it. He was very flexible with me, pleasant, knowledgable and fixed the issue even though it was something he and others in the business hadn't seen before. He was a pleasure to work with.

He did great. I called and set an appointment. He did it remotely. We gave him control of the computer and he worked on it remotely. The Big Deal price was perfect.

A nice job was done cleaning up my computer in the time he said it would take to do so. I was able to watch and understand what he was doing. I recommend this fellow. Since the work is done remotely, one must be willing to provide any access password required so one may want to change the password word after the work is complete or provide a temp password for this work to be done.

The deal is not applicable to me because I am using a Mac and not a PC.

He was very professional. At first I was concerned about letting him remote into my computer, but as I saw how it worked, I was fine with it. I would use him again.

Signed up for his service after accessing his website through Angie's List. I was apprehensive at first because payment is required up front and you only indicate dates your available to be contacted and serviced. I was desperate so I paid vie cc and indicated times of my availability. He contacted me the next day. He remotely accessed my computer and made the necessary adjustments/repairs. I was able to watch everything he did via my computer screen. It took about an hour, and everything has been great since. i will definitely use him again if the need arises.

I was having computer problems and thought I had picked up a virus. I saw him on Angie's list and his fee was reasonable. I have had other services from Angie's list and have had good results so I decided to try his service. I think it is a great way to operate since it is very convenient. I saved money and did not have to unplug or disconnect my computer and take it somewhere, then be without it for several days. My computer has worked very well since the work was completed.
