Description of Work: This service was promoted as computer "repair" but all he did was set up Mozilla Firefox on my computer. He said just don't use Internet Explorer anymore however, that is what's needed to access my company's website and email. I even let him know that I needed Internet Explorer for that reason and I paid for a computer repair service not a replacement but got no change.

Description of Work: The provider was very accommodating in appointment times. He listened to my issues and tried various approaches to remedy. All advice he shared was welcome. Unfortunately, there was no real fix. I determined that the 'freezing' occurred when moving the computer...so now I just close the lid before moving up/ down or side to side.

Description of Work: He spent a lot of time on the phone with my computer issue but wasn't able to fix it. Gave me half off of the cost and explained what I needed to do next. Another big plus was his patience with me over the phone since I'm a non-tech person.
