Description of Work: Garry remotely repaired my computer. In retrospect, I really could have done all that he did myself. He basically just uninstalled and reinstalled everything. But it was good to have him to walk and talk me through things so that I was secure that I didn't make a mistake. I think he'd be great for folks like my parents who may not have a clue about computers.

Description of Work: The provider was not able to solve my problem through remote repair. However, he did thoroughly clean my computer and assure that it had no issues. I would definitely recommend his services especially for routine "check ups" to assure no viruses or other similar issues.

Description of Work: After he examined my problems he connected remotely. He performed many of the same procedures that I had already done. Then he determined that I had to do the Recovery process. After following his suggestions, I lost all of my very important files and pictures. I had an external backup drive that had failed to restore any of my data. So I feel like I wasted my money.
