Description of Work: After he tried for the longest time to repair my overwhelming problems with the computer (caused by a grandson, who played on it), he advised bringing it down to its original status. He helped me back up everything on my computer, and answered all questions, quickly and professionally. |It was less than one month ago I had the computer repaired, at almost twice the cost by a local computer repair shop, who kept it two weeks. I work from home and this was the fastest and easiest solution I could ever imagined. So far, all is well, (and no more grandson playing on it.)

Description of Work: My computer was running slow and had too many things on it I didn't need. My Remote Repair cleaned everything out, found 8 viruses, and looked over my entire computer. He actually gave me more time but didn't charge me more! All this was done while I was watching but also doing other things in the room so I didn't have to sit there for the whole time. My computer showed immediate I provement and I was 100% satisfied. He was very punctual and very thorough!
