Description of Work: After attempting to diagnose the issue with my pc for 15 or 20 minutes, we both agreed that it was not going to happen. Garry was very professional about it and suggested that I should request a refund which I am doing. Description of Work: He never even tried to log onto my computer to see if he could help me - he just let me go through what happened to my computer and I made some suggestions - told him how I had been able to get some files printed off and then he said there was nothing he could do. He noted that I had paid for a repair - I told him that whatever he thought was fair - he was on the phone with me about an hour - never offered to return any of my money,
