My Remote Repair

We called and Garry connected to our computer and resolved the problem quickly. I used Garry once before on a different computer and both times our computers ran like new. The price was very reasonable and the overall experience was excellent.

Was on time, computer is working fine! I would chose them again!

It went smoothly. Took less than an hour. The tecnician took over my computer remotely and did his "thing".

The work was okay and the guy pinpointed the problem or the partial problem where he showed me what he did. It wasn't too bad, but he really fixed the problem. I thought he was pretty good. He gave me enough about the fix time and there was more of an in depth. He got the problem fixed and got it working.

This is the second time that I called Gary. Recently he had tuned up my computer and I was very pleased. This time I had a new difficulty. He responded to my call quickly and was able to fix it it quickly and efficiently. He was patient with all my questions and I have not had any more problems. I have referred him to many other people. I can't say enough about him.

Went well. he performed a tune up and uninstalled programs that were slowing down my computer.

As I said he helped me but couldn't complete all that I was hoping for. I wouldn't use him again, because I felt that I knew almost as much as he did and I wanted more technical help. He was very nice and tried to what I needed.

I had an internal software problem that locked up my computer with the "circle of death" and could not get out of it. Garry cleaned out the whole computer remotely from out of state. Now I'm up and running and the computer is working perfectly again.

The guy was very professional and punctual. He made an appointment with me right away, and he did it on a Saturday which was necessary for me because I work long hours from Monday to Friday. He was very polite and all of that was good. He called me exactly when he was supposed to. So, I really appreciated that. The only thing is that he pointed what the issue was with my computer, but he did not actually fix anything because what he did when I told him that my computer was running quite slowly, he went on and put anti-malware software on there, but the anti-malware software he put on, I already have one on my computer. I know I have malware in my computer. The things that he was trying to fix are things I already fixed. I was hoping he could do something different and more. He was not able to do anything. He essentially said that the major problem is my DSL is just way too slow. So, I needed to call my ISP and get that fixed. He was totally nice. It is just that he did not do anything that I had already tried. There were no additional charges to the $49 big deal. I do not think that it was necessarily money badly spent. I think he did what he could. I do not have anything bad to say about the guy. It is just that he was not able to fix my particular problem. This was my first time to use him. Fifty bucks for an hour, I thought that was a very good price.

I highly recommend my remote repair. They fixed my computer quickly and efficiently when it was unable to wirelessly connect to the printer for needed projects.

I had a lot of issues trying to schedule them but they were very patients. We finally connected and he worked on my computer. Within two days the computer was freezing again although not as often.

Gary emailed me immediately after I signed up for the service and got information about the problems I was having. He called promptly at the appointed time and was very professional and helpful. He worked for over two hours on my computer from his remote location. The hard drive on my computer was, evidently, in very bad shape. He cleaned up the hard drive, installed new virus protection, set me up with a new browser and advised me on buying another computer. The whole process couldn't have been less painful or more productive. I will call Gary again when I have computer problems.

10 year old laptop is just slow. Not much on but think it may be past it usefulness. Thought we would give a professional a shot at cleaning it up. We have not actually used this remote tuneup deal yet but provider said we still can. He called us right away after we purcahsed and we spoke to him briefly but we needed to have all of our backup disks ready so we needed to gather and call back. He followed up 3-4 times and we have just been bad at getting back to him. He did walk us through what would be done and we did some of those steps on our own - which did help - but my old laptop is still not running great so we will likely give him a call soon.

Everything went fine. He informed me my computer was not up to speed and that the security I had for the computer was too advanced for my computer and he put another one it..Basically did what he was supposed to do.

I was contacted within 6 hours or less after I purchased the discount. The owner contacted me and we set up a time where he could log on remotely to my computer. It took about 30 minutes once he got on from beginnig to end. He informed me why my computer was so slow and what to do to get it repaired on my end. He also removed software from my computer that I did not need. My computer is running very nicely now. I highly recommend this service!

Unfortunately, my hard drive was the problem. I felt Gary explored all the options to to repair my laptop. He was very patient and helpful advice about a replacement. I would definitely go back to Gary and recommend him to my friends.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went okay. I could have done it myself if I knew what I was doing. My computer seems to be running faster, and it doesn't seem to be as bogged down as it was before. The only way to fix it was to wipe everything out and reload the software, and it took a little bit of extra work on my part, but it seems to be working just fine now. They didn't come out, it was all online, and over the phone. He talks you through it, and makes sure you are comfortable with what is happening. Everything he said would work, worked as he described, and it has been working fine. He also made a follow up call. We still have a problem with the network, and the provider said that we should just buy a new router. The pricing was good, although I did most of the work myself, but it is worth doing something and knowing what I am doing. The price I paid for the service that I got, and at the speed that I got, was fair.

He dialed into my computer to assertion what need to be done. Gave me a price. He did the work, called me back once done. I checked it out afterwards. I paid him the quoted price.

I was pleased with the service. Very prompt and efficient. Computer working well now! Would use again

I bought the Big Deal Friday morning. Requested service as soon as that morning. He said he could not get to me until Monday. I wrote back that if something were to become available that evening that I would be home. Not really thinking that would happen I ran by the store after work. To my surprise I got a call on the way home. Since I was in the car he said he'd call 15 mins. Got home and he called.. My computer had to be restored back to original date. He walked me through it and all is good. He was very personable and pleasant to talk to. Hopefully I won't have to but would use him again if I have any other issues.

I was unable to use the big deal due to the technician not being able to work on my Mac. He was very apologetic and professional. Also he was very responsive to my request.

It was okay. I don’t know that it was everything that I expected. It seems like he didn’t do what he said he did. I don’t have any complains. I can’t feel that my computer is faster after the service. He was professional. I wouldn’t use them again because I didn’t see that much difference on my computer.

Telephone service with remote connect. Provider was friendly, helpful and followed through. Final solution was to use a browser other than IE, something we had already considered doing.

I feel like it went very well. He seemed very knowlegable about what I needed and I was pleased.
