I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out pretty good. I have not had a bad experience yet. They did the work the same day I purchased the deal.

My computer was totally messed up. Gary was able to clean it up and get back my programs within 1 hour.

It was great. It was a big deal purchase.

Gary was very punctual and very professional. He gave me a website to go to that allowed him access to my PC. He went in and located what was wrong and started working on the solution.It took about an hour and a half for him to resolve all of the issues due to my PC was really bad. After he was done, my PC works fine and I am very happy with the service performed.

00See above for information. He kept telling me he has not worked with computer as bad as mine. I think he just did not know what he was doing, that is why he kept moving my Icons around to use up his time. Wont use this company again. The first problem I had with them was they called and said my work order or something to that effect was canceled. Had to call Angie List and they called the company. First, the email stated that I had paid $50.00 when in fact I paid Angies list $99.00. I do not know if Angies List charges $99.00 and his company gets $50.00. Angies List charged me twice and I had to call them twice about this problem. Just not a happy customer. I think I was over charged for the kind of service I received. I could have called the Geek Squard and received better service for less money.

It went very well. Garry was very helpful, timely, and attentive. We plan to use him again and again. It was great not to have to go anywhere or drag my computer somewhere. I had questions after the work was completed and he continued to answer my questions.

After purchasing the deal, he tried to contact me to set up a date and time. I needed to be home when the work was being done. He was very flexible and was able to fit me into his schedule. My computer was running slow and they completed a diagnostic check. They were able to complete all of the work remotely and there were no additional costs. They were able to remove excess malware and also gave me recommendations to have the computer work more successfully. Everything worked out fine with the deal.

They were very helpful. The provider helped me clean up my computer. This helped improve the speed. They were very knowledgeable.

I ordered the computer deal on Tuesday, March 4, 2014. I received an email that afternoon, but unfortunately the date for the appointment was not given. The provider put "Tuesday, March the at 1:30". I emailed the provider within five minutes of receiving this message asking if he meant Tuesday, March the 11th. When I had not heard from him the next morning, on Wednesday I really felt I could find another company that would be able to provide the services I needed more quickly. I called Angie's list and with the help of one of your representatives, I was able to get Dallas Smith, a name from your list. He also offered a $49.00 coupon, but my problems were much greater than what that would cover. He came yesterday and I was very happy with his work.

He updated my browser and added web ad blocker. My computer runs like new. I would use him again and I recommend him to others.

We were having issues (not responding or taking very long) with our computer and wanted to make sure it was not an issue with the computer. The price was very fair compared to other companies and we didn't have to leave the house. Technician was about 15 minutes late and I wanted to make sure he would still be able to run a diagnostic that day, so I called and got his voice mail left a message then submitted the online form. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to spend all night waiting for a phone call. It was maybe five to ten minutes later he called. He was very professional and ran the diagnostic.

I could see everything he was doing which I liked ALOT since there are always personal files on a laptop that you don't want other people to view. If I had taken the laptop to have it serviced, I would never have known what files the person had looked at. I really liked the fact that I could see everything he was doing when he took control of the laptop. We had discussed what I needed to use our laptop for so he eventually told me that the laptop was just too old and we needed a new one. I had suspected as much but it was good to have it confirmed. When I asked what I should look for in a new laptop, based on what I needed to use it for, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will Definitely use his service again if we have any computer problems in the future!

Called to fix a problem in my pc...and he was very nice. But as he would fix something, he then created a NEW problem would result from that. So, I call back and he would fix that new problem, and then a new issue would pop up as a result of THAT! This happened about 4 times...he was very prompt in fixing the issues,,, but now I got a Bill for 113.00 which includes LATE FEES! I have called him and left msgs, but no return calls. Now, the company Bill Me Later with PayPal is charging me fees.... I DO NOT owe this...he created the additional problems... he fixed them (sort of) and he is not to bill me for things he did. My PC is still not the same...but I have learned to work around it. He did fix the major problem.

Ultimately I had to purchase new computer but he even gave me recommendations on finding used computers.

It all went great! I was a little late for the appointment due to the traffic and Garry was understanding and patient. I wanted to be at my mother's house when Garry remoted in as she is not as familiar with computers. Garry was great and very professional. He told us what he was going to do at each juncture and since some things took a little time to load we would hang up and he would call back when the download was done. Garry was extremely pleasant to work with and has a nice sense of humor when I was trying to remember my mother's gmail password. We ultimately had to reset it and Garry was helpful and patient while I fumbled around. I relied on the reviews I read about Garry and his business on Angie's List and I can whole heartedly say those reviews are quite accurate as to the great job he does. My mother just called me and she is thrilled her computer is running so fast. I would definitely recommend Garry and would use him again...this time for my own computer! At the end of our session Garry said if my mom had any further problems to let him know and he would be happy to do some little tweaks if necessary. That's always a nice way to end a business session...with the service provider expressing an interest to make sure things are going as planned. You will not be sorry if you hire Garry.

Great! He spent over an hour working to clean up my father's computer--getting it to work better and faster. I will be calling him again to set up a time to get my father's printer functioning again! Professional, expedient service and quite easy for me!

He had md log onto his website so he could fix my computer remotely. He then checked mt memory and other areas that may have caused my computer to slow down. He called me bsck when he was finished. A lot easier than some one coming to my house.

They fixed it temporarily, but had to remotely fix it 2 or 3 more times before it was fully functional again.

the only thing I can say is if something goes wrong with my computer it usually is the operator (me) OR internet problem never GARY......

He took so much time to help me. Knowledgable guy, just a sweetheart. He was wonderful. Anyone who uses him does not have to be worried about him taking over the computer. He worked for hours (for free) before he said he could definitely help and to go ahead and buy his Big Deal coupon. You won't be sorry for using him, he's very honorable.
