Description of Work: Garry was very responsive to my inquiry. He called when he said he would and gave me the information I was looking for. My laptop needs to be cleared out so he can do a system restore so I plan to reschedule to have the work done. He quoted a resonable price of approximately $50.

Description of Work: As a Realtor in Albuquerque, NM, I live on my PC so when I detected a virus this morning, I immediately went to angie's list for help. I contacted Garry and he responded quickly and within a few minutes began to work. Ultimately, I'm going to need data recovery services which he could not do remotely, however, he did work diligently and for quite a long time. I felt comfortable turning over my computer to him, he was very professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to call him again. AAA

Description of Work: Garry was able to help me in a real pinch on a Sunday afternoon as I was attempting to load data from a crashed computer to a new one. I had a jam-packed work week beginning on Monday morning and needed access to missing files, etc. that Sunday afternoon. Garry quickly and efficiently diagnosed and repaired the problems remotely in a short amount of time, and in the process saved me from a major headache! Thanks Garry!
