Oh just fine no problem. They were fine satisfactory.

They were great. They were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. They were really good with that. They did a pretty complicated repair of a dishwasher into a plumbing line. They had a really good plumber. Two other plumbers came before them and they weren't able to figure out what to fix. He was a really good plumber.

Bell Homes Solutions (BHS) in Aurora Colorado uses deceptive trade practices. Takes advantage of the old and uninformed consumer in a desperate situation. BHS knows exactly what they charge for all services but refuses to quote over the phone. BHS requires a $49 service visit before giving any idea for the cost of any repair. When asked what BHS charges to repair a cracked elbow joint on a exposed pipe and repair it Chloe K. Of BHS said she did not what the charges were for that and that I would need a representative to come to my home for $49 dollars to evaluate. Jim W. Comes to my home, sees my pipe leak (as I described exactly to Chloe K.) Jim W. pulls out his iPad looks up repair "leaking pipes" and quotes me an outrageous $569.00 dollars to repair the broken elbow on my pipe. They have a menu of prices for services that should be disclosed before I have a repairman in my home and when I'm in a desperate situation. The repair might have taken 25 minutes to fix and parts would be under $10.00 dollars. I refused services. I still not have received my receipt they are to email. Bell Home Solutions like any trade business needs to disclose prices without charging for a quote. Imagine needing a oil change for your car, the business not quoting because they are not certain that's what you need. So you take all the time to drive there, wait, etc. Then they quote you $350.00. A rediculous amount but you need it, have no more time to get it done. Very unethical high pressure sales tactic. The Colorado Attorney General needs to stop this very unfair trade practice. I can only imagine how many old and uninformed consumers are taken advantage of by Bell Home Solutions and others in the industry.

It went good. They did a great job for me. I have no complaints. They weren't the cheapest around by any means.

They were fine but they just didn't give me any answers on how to finish something. They do a good job. I had them out for a consult on something and they didn't have a remedy for it. They didn't know how to fix it, so it was not their fault. He was very thorough.

I did get a quote from them to do some other work in my home but they were really high. The quality was good. They were courteous and respectful.

Fantastic. I was extremely impressed with Cecil and his work. It was worth the money for the peace of mind. Still pricey though. Great choice if you absolutely want it done right.

It went well and the technician was able to answer questions about several other unrelated issues as well. You get what you pay for and we got excellent, punctual service, so the cost was a bit high, but in our case on a tight turnaround to rectify issues on a home inspection prior to a home sale it was worth it.

It was one drain, that just went straight out, not even 100ft and I feel that we were very overcharged.

Bell did a good job on part of it, but the connection to the water main was faulty and leaked within minutes of the plumber leaving. I called to ask for the plumber to return to fix it since it leaked a lot of water and was starting to soak into drywall. They said it would be the next day, even though I told them there was no way to turn off the water main. Hours later, they eventually called back to set a time on the same day for someone to return. In the meantime, I spent all afternoon trying to find a plumber to do an emergency repair. The new plumber from Bell did a good job on correcting the water main problem but if the original plumber had checked his work, he would have seen the leak - based on comments he made as he was leaving the house, I believe he left knowing it was leaking. Bell does an ok job on plumbing but their customer service is sorely lacking. Sales and schedule trump good customer service and a thorough job. This is the third time we have worked with Bell and had some kind of significant problem that would have been easily avoidable. I have since found a new plumber to fix our boilers and a different builder to complete a kitchen renovation - two large projects that I do not trust Bell to complete in an adequate way. I did email Bell's customer service and tell them about the problem, asking for a return call to discuss with someone, but they did not return my email or call back.

Started off well. 2 of the top guys were neat and tidy. But obviously not as fast as they needed to be. 2 more guys were sent out. Mess and chaos and confusion ensued. Work seemed to be raced through. Little things were overlooked like setting faucet to cold instead of hot. Cleaned up mess at the end. Within days, the new pipe started to leak - ruining floor boards, baseboard and drywall. They fixed it and did a good job, but never replaced the floor boards. Be aware that Union workers start late and leave early.

Installed improperly. They came back out to fix it under warranty, still won't pass inspection. They are supposed to send me a letter, never got it.

The man did an excellent job. No complaints.

they came on a week night as part of emergency service. standard service would have been many days away. this raised the price significantly but I expected that.

They were prompt however, I was overcharged on the Thermostat and their explanation was their techs are trained! I would hope so!

The people at Bell were very responsive, and came out the same day I called. Their technician was very helpful and assisted in fixing our issues. He was professional and knowledgeable.

I am completely disgusted with the lack of professionalism by this organization. I believe that their pricing is higher than it should be. I began by explaining my concerns to the woman who took my call and identified herself as the assistant to the owners. I said right up front that I was not going to ask for money back, but that I wanted to meet with one of the owners to understand the charges more fully. Within roughly 2 minutes, she used the excuse that she had another call she had to take and would get back to me. That has been over 3 weeks ago. In addition, I have sent another email as well as called back, with no results.My sense is that this company overcharges and trains their staff how to convince customers that they need to do more than might need to be done. I will never use Bell Plumbing again and have told every friend and neighbor of my concerns.

The work was performed well. Bell's pricing policy is to quote a flat rate for work before they proceed. They did that, I agreed, they performed the work and charged the agreed upon cost. The cost was just under $1,250. I had no idea how long these projects should take. The plumber was at my home less than 3 hours. Allowing for some cost for the parts, this resulted in between $300 and $400 an hour for these services. This seems to me to be quite high. I called Bell and discussed this with a person in their billing department. She said that is how they charge for their services and did not have a comment about whether the hourly result was out of line. I have no complaints about the quality, responsiveness or professionalism. Their price was so high they will definitely not be my first call when I need plumbing services in the future.

While Bell Plumbing's prices may seem high to some, the quality of their work (and their professionalism) is outstanding. In my experience, the old saying and quot;you get what you pay forand quot; usually holds true. I'd rather pay a little more up front and be assured that the work is done correctly the first time and complies with all codes.

Matt was very professional and personable. Very pleased with the service received; however, the cost was high to replace a heating sensor (under $ 25 online); clean the heating element; all within 20 minutes. We did receive a 5% Angie's member discount and once deducted totaled $ 308.

Technician was questioned on outrageous prices for simple repairs ($550 tub and $850 PRV). Technician was sent away. A call to Bill Smith Plumbing immediately after estimated this entire job at $400. The $49 service fee to Bell Plumbing was collected during this call. A call to the manager asking for clarification on outlandish pricing was not returned.

I called Bell Home Solutions for Central A/C repair after hours. They came out on a Sunday am and told me I needed a new condenser motor or replace the entire unit which was 8 years old. The quoted price to replace the motor was $1300 which included the $150 after hours service charge and another after hours charge to "open the store" to get the motor. I asked what the charge would be if I waited until regular hours on Monday to do the repair. That would be about $400-500 less. Why? Apparently Bell also charges extra for parts on an "after hours" price list. A condenser motor was $1100 on Sunday but $800 on Monday. Also when I asked about the Angie'sList discount (5%) I was told he did not know about any discount. I decided to wait and went with another provider. The new provider (Sears) repaired the unit with a new run capacitor for $335 including labor. Sears also repaired the A/C a full week sooner that Bell said they could do. Needless to say, I will not be using Bell Home Solutions in the future.

Things went really well. Their technician was friendly and did a great job. And they followed up very well.
