Bell charged $49 to see the house/write the plumbing quote, and insisted on $49 more for a separate HVAC quote (would be credited toward any work done). Bell quoted the requested plumbing at over $8100. Another plumbing company quoted/performed the same plumbing for $2300. I did not invite Bell back for a HVAC quote.

At least the leak finally stopped. I had to pay twelve hundred dollars in September when they finished doing the ceiling and putting in an access panel. I didn't hear from them October, November, December, and January. In February, they called to tell me I never paid the twelve hundred dollars. I was pissed. It was very expensive. Eventually it was good. Its not leaking anymore. They did ten thousand of work for me. I have a sump cooler on my roof with warranty, so I have to use that services.

Bell responded quickly, acted very professionally and explained things very well. Do to my hot water heater setup (which also heats my house), we determined a bigger capacity water heater was needed and was order and installed in approximately one week. It took less that half a day to remove and replace the water heater and everything has worked very well since then.

Took 12 hours to replace the shutoff valve the first time; house water off entire time. Had to come back two days latter to replace that shutoff valve, but only took 1-1/2 hours. The first time the plumber screwed up and had to cut into my drywall to fix his mistake. He said Bell would have someone come out to repair it. After 3 calls to Bell Plumbing (no calls returned) they told me they where to busy to help me. I did the drywall work myself.

Serviceman explained the process, why the service was necessary, took his time to answer questions, and gave an estimate of potential future repairs.

They fixed my leaky pool pump issue quickly and were very knowledgeable.

Very well. They came quickly to an emergency (clogged sewer drain) and fixed the problem and also installed another toilet. Bell is expensive, but they do good work and come when you need them.

Sales was prompt, installation generally on schedule,response to follow up issues was generally timely. We are very happy with the boiler, which replaced the original 1962 model. We had several issues with the installation, although I believe the team was techically skilled: the salesperson underestimated modifications to our drywall that would be required for code (we have yet to be inspected and don't know for sure whether those will even pass); a thermostat wire was lost in the wall requiring a wireless unit ( they didn't charge extra for it however); despite being asked to be very careful with the carpet that had just been installed before the boiler quit, they left many footprints and also grease marks on the stairs (I used my own carpet machine to remove them as they didn't get them out satisfactorily); after they left, we found that the pilot to the hot water heater was out; they did not finish installing a fused switch and had to make two additional visits to finish. Overall job organization seems very poor. All workers were polite.

They were very knowledgeable and started with the least expensive possibility, since we were trouble shooting the outlet. It turned out to be the sump pump was bad, not the outlet.

It worked well in that we were both open to the other's unavoidable scheduling changes. Had all the tools. Had list in advance to plan it out. All items fixed. Amenable to my hovering (=learning/checking)..

Technician arrived on time, performed work in a professional manner.

A representative from Bell Plumbing arrived but could not find the source of the leak, eventually suggesting that it was due to bad grout. No work was performed and I paid only for the service call. Subsequently, a handyman that was on-site for a different job took a look through the back side of the wall, accessed through a hole in the sheetrock from a closet on the other side, and pointed out that the cold water spigot was clearly leaking where it screwed into the vertical pipe. The original plumber from Bell also had looked through this access hole but saw nothing. As a result, I was out of pocket for a service call that failed to detect an obvious problem.

I've been using them for years. I've been using them for 32 years.

Mark M. was very professional and friendly. He explained everything he did. Everyone at Bell has always been super friendly and courteous. Mark was no exception.

They're very good but it just costed a lot. My only complaint is price.

Ali, the plumber with Bell Home Solutions was so friendly and helpful. I felt totally comfortable with the plumber and he fixed the problem quickly. I would definitely use Bell Home Solutions again for my plumbing needs.

Called Bell Home Solutions yesterday. They said they would send someone out this morning between 8:00 and 10:00, and that they would call me 30 minutes before the serviceperson arrived. Well, it's 9:50a now, and I haven't gotten a call. I've been waiting home all morning, taking time off from work. They don't seem to respect their customers' time.

It went well except for some dialing in on the AC. Bell was very responsive.

It went very well. Dion came out on a Sunday, 45 minutes after we called. He identified the problem and fixed it very quickly. He was professional and kind, under our difficult situation. We have used Bell before, and they are always awesome!!

Excellent and professional response. Easy to work with.

Cooler didn't work after a week. It took 2 service calls to fix. Ceiling still leaked after repair was made. Took another service call to fix. They were prompt to reply to fixes.
