Description of Work: The men on the work site were the hardest working team I a have ever met. Very professional, and the and of the work everything was cleaned up and in its placed.

Description of Work: They resolved the clicking noise that our swamp cooler was making. Well done!

Description of Work: Took 12 hours to replace the inside house shut off valve and the shut off valve to sprinkler system. Two weeks later both replaced valves where leaking and took the second technician only 1 hour and 15 minutes to replace them at no cost to me. That's why they get a D not an F. The first technician had to cut my drywall ceiling to get access to overhead pipes, since he had to replace his first valve he put in, because it leaked and ran out of copper pipe to put the second replacement valve since there was no room for another coupling. I was told Bell Pluming would repair my ceiling. I called Bell Plumping three times each with a promise of a call back. They never returned my calls and on my third call I was told they couldn't send anyone because they where to busy. Gave me a name of someone they used, called him and he returned my call over two weeks after I placed my call. By then I did my own ceiling patch work. After the first technician left, less than a week later our dish washer stopped working, no water was getting into it, the shut off valve to my front load washer would not shut off, we know this because water was pooling in the washer that's because the water valve in the washer was stuck open per repairman. Four of my five toilets had to have there shut off valves replace because they would not stop flowing water. Seems strange that all this happened within three weeks after the 12 hour marathon to get my shut off valves replaced. I went with another plumbing company to have the shut off valve to the front load washing machine replaced and I replaced the dish washer and washing machine.

Description of Work: Checked furnace - new flame sensor pressure switch |Went very well. Service man was very professional and gave good suggestions for the future of the furnace.

Description of Work: I asked for a boiler inspection/service to help me know if my 50 year old boiler could handle a side-arm water heater. The boiler "expert" came, opened a panel, looked in, put the panel back. "Yep, that's a boiler." No assessment of its worthiness, no service despite the fact it had not been serviced for many years. I was also trying to get estimates for a new water heater or tankless water heaters. By the time I finally received the estimates, after several calls/emails, I had decided to go with another more responsive plumber.

Description of Work: Installation of new shower head system went okay, though took longer than it should have. However, service price was ridiculously high - working out to over $200 per hour. The only reason agreed to pay it was that I had company coming and needed the installation done that day.

Description of Work: Jack hammered part of my basement floor and repaired the sewer line. Brought it up to code. The work went very well and it was done to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: Looked at leak in pipe, said it was due to tiling issue. Looked at toilet running, attempted to put new seal in but needed specific seal. Went fine very responsive

Description of Work: They tried to solve a problem of black residue coming into the bath water. They flushed the system which just moved the residue into all the water lines because it hadn't been flushed until clear; thus it filled all of my taps with residue. They cleared the ones that were easy to fix at my expense, but said they couldn't get to the master bedroom tub, that I would have to hire a carpenter to create an entrance. I did, and then they said they they would have to cut the marble facing to reach the tap. By this time, the quality of the work was so poor I decided to cut losses and re-do the whole bathroom, but not by Bell.They never got the tub water clear. I've moved on.
