Great work and reasonable price.

Workman showed up on time to perform repair. He located the leak. He had to cut a hole in a bedroom to get to the leak to make the repair. He offered to complete the repair ( at an additional cost), or allow me to fix the hole cut in the drywall. I opted to save the money and made an access door, (as the builder should have), for any future repairs if necessary. The work was completed on time and at the cost quoted over the phone.

The kitchen sink would fill with water every time some one took a shower upstairs. The plumber came, and snaked the drain to free the clog. It would have been a fine experience except he wore his boots into the shower and marked the floor. No amount of scrubbing will get rid of the marks.

They showed up on time, installed the product that I bought. (I bought the toilet elsewhere because the plumbers price was too high). They installed the new one, sealed it and I have had no issues.

These guys are real pros. They always show up on time, are courteous and never complain about my very steep roof. They are thoughtful enough to call and remind us to have the cooler winterized.

BELL PLUMBING AND HEATING CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AND CLEANED, DID THE WORK REQUESTED. THEY ALSO COMMENTED ON OUR FURNACE FILTER TYPE. THEY NOTED THAT THE TYPE USED MIGHT MAKE OUR FURNACE WORK AS WELL AS OTHER TYPES. WE FELT WE WERE TREATED VERY WELL BY THIS COMPANY.

THEY HAD EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAD A HUGE SELECTION OF TOILETS, WATER SAVING TOILETS, BRANDS, MANY FAUCETS AND ACCESSORIES FOR INSTALLING TOILETS. WE WERE QUITE IMPRESSED WITH THE SALESPEOPLE AND ENJOYED WORKING WITH THEM. THE SMALLER BUSINESS ATMOSPHERE IS NICER THAN THE HUGE STORES.

THE WORK THAT I HAD DONE WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. MY OVER ALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THE WORK WAS DONE.

OVERALL THEY WERE COMPETENT. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK AS AGREED TO. HOWEVER, A SECOND PIECE OF THE WORK WAS NEVER COMPLETED BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME POOR ADVICE ON HOW TO RUN THE VENT ONCE THE SINK AND TOILET WAS INSTALLED WHICH WOULD HAVE COST ME A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY. I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THEIR 'EXPERT'.

BELL IS ALWAYS PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH ON THE PHONE AND PLUMBERS ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, DO WORK EFFICIENTLY AND WITHIN THE TIME FRAME AGREED UPON AT THE AGREED PRICE. THEY ALSO ARE DRESSED PROPERLY AND IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AT THE DOOR.
