Description of Work: unclogged my Shower Drain...No repairs needed...charged me $189 for 20 min. I did $54 off for Angie's list....but had to pay that in advance too....but didn't realize it was still that expensive..total $189 Could have gotten it done a whole lot cheaper from a plumber Ask questions before hiring them

+ -1 moreI called Master Blaster Plumbing when I realized that we had to replace our water heater. I arrived home that day to find that our old water heater had gone out on us! Not knowing ANY reliable plumbers in the area (we were not Angie's List members at the time), I frantically did a "google" search & came up with a list of companies. I called two other companies, but they were both more expensive & would charge several hundred more for same day service since it was after 12:00 PM. I left a message with Master Blaster & Ross promptly returned my call...he gave us a fair & competitive quote, telling us EXACTLY what was included with his service. His quote inc. the cost of the new water heater & his installation charge- NO surprises or gimmicks! He was at our home from about 8:30 PM until about 10:30 PM. Ross was very friendly, courteous, professional...AND HONEST which is "why" I am HIGHLY recommending his company if you are in need of plumbing services.
Description of Work: Ross Whitesel with Master Blaster arrived (after hours)at our home to replace our water heater. (He did not charge anymore for "after hours" service when every company I called added several hundred more to provide us with same-day service)...Ross picked up our new water heater & even gave us a complimentary upgrade as the cheaper model that we had initially chosen was not available!:) He removed our old water heater & hauled it away for us. He brought the new water heater down into the basement & installed it for us.
